So sad that a lot of the locals moved out, these people know nothing about Wapping. Should have spoken to some locals. Best area, I have the best memories of Wapping back in the day

The guy in the coffee shop who literally knows nothing about Wapping 🙄 “you could only get buses 6 years ago” 😂 ffs

His sort haven't got a clue! Didn't need fancy coffee shops, with inflated prices. Made it at home! None of this 'poncy' cr*p!

Hugh Wardrope talks a load of bollards! How long ago is he referring to - the pirate era? The station has been there over 150 years! We had a bus no. 67 from the late 60s. I grew up in Wapping long before he was born and it was a hard working area. I never felt unsafe! Most people knew each other and just got on with life! All these 'newbies' to the area make me laugh! They believe a lot of myths! A certain culture spoiled it (like in many areas). Claire Kopsky, you cannot talk about this area with any authority and interview people who know nothing!

I now live in Wapping 7 years now and it is such a beautiful and lovely area. I live in one of the newly converted warehouses. Wapping is such a beautiful village in the city.
