as a parent you should surround yourself with entrepreneur type friends and also friends who aren't so they can see both sides standing on the edge which will help to guide them onto the path where they will have the most advantage of being financially free. so start from very early like kindergarten or earlier if possible
It’s always good to let kids decide what they want to do with their life. It is however tougher to do this in Asia where the helicopter parenting mindset is so strong and prevalent. Asian parents tend to see their children as an extension of their prideful ego that they should show off to other parents as means of saving face

I think you first have to better define - What is an Entrepreneur? is it a position or is it behaviour? can you own your own business and not be an entrepreneur? is it a tradesman? is it a squad leader? is it a corporate middle manager? is it a CEO? or is it more personal... a homeless person begging at the lights can have more entrepreneurial nouse than some CEO's .... is it effort? is it use of a specific skill? is it vocational? is it an inherent family business value? Maybe we all just want our kids to have some sensible respectful competitive spirit/get-up-and-go mixed together with responsibility, ownership and fundamentally independence ...... so they can look after us when we're old! 😂😂
Watching this makes me upset that my parents didn't see that the only video games I played and liked were economy management simulations, business management simulations, real time strategy games, etc. They were video games and rotted my brain...my parents owned their own business and my mother is a great salesperson and my father is really good at bookkeeping and keeping the paper side organized. They gave it all up because they could not see past being a a salesperson or a bookkeeper and instead of pushing me and my brothers to be bigger and better than they are, they limited us and told us every reason why we can't. I don't have children and don't plan on having them because of their bad example. If it happens, I will cultivate them to be happy with what they are doing and never tell them they can't do something, I will ask them how they will do something.
EVERY parent should be excited to have a financially literate child
