Wow, I admire the effort and organization you put into making your journaling Bible your own. I bet many people would pay to purchase what you created. Thanks for sharing! :)
I've been printing my NASB text for my study for years. THANK YOU for suggesting the 30pund paper. I just ordered it to try. I love everything you've done!!
So funny because I had the same thoughts as you. I cannot fathom either the cost these companies are selling them for. I made my own too! I do notes not so much art.
This is so cool, I love how your bibles came out! one the problems I have with journaling bibles is the papers, it's always see through and they're thin even the ones that say are high quality. Yours looks like a very nice paper, no see through, great for journaling and art. I feel inspired! I write my favorite verses on notebooks and I decorate them, writing down verses help me memorize or remember the Word but I can't imagine writing the whole bible by hand, but I feel inspired and I want to do something similar 😊
You did a great job. I love wrote the book of Revelations 3 times in a notebook once but didn’t have enough space to write all the notes I had of each chapter. I finally wrote it and made a binder but I can’t do it with all the books of the Bible. I would like to print the picture introduction of each book of the Bible. Thank you for sharing this wonderful video. God bless you ♥️
Love this video and looking to do something different for my bible journaling/note taking. I myself do not feel like I could do this, but I want to see how yours turns out, so I will be watching more of your videos. Thank you for this and hope to become a subscriber soon.
Im making it happen but it will be a bit different and may not be considered a bible, but what it will do for my ministry is really off the chains. I will record it, and maybe even put it on RUclips. I've never done RUclips before. I follow up later. Blessings.
You are Awesome!! I never thought off doing such.. this is brilliant. Absolutely,,,,, GOD’s richest Blessings on you! What would you charge to make the same thing over again?
Hi I'm not sure if I'm understanding your question. I used a 4:1 pitch binding machine to punch holes in all the pages and then bound the whole book at once. Your question makes me think you're asking about adding pages after the fact, though. If you need to do this I suggest using heavier paper, or adding tape to the side you're going to punch to strengthen the paper. Punch the holes like you normally would and then use baby scissors to cut a slit from the edge of the page to the center of each hole. Then you can gentle pop the pages in (or out) around the coil. I may have a video somewhere showing where I've used this trick but I can't remember at the moment.
Hi. The ones I have do not :-/ I've only seen the click spirals on JetPens.com. However the ones I see there don't have 4:1 pitch (which is what my hole punch is) so I haven't bought any. They look really cool though!
Wow... beautiful project... I would buy the set and if so, how do I go about purchasing 2 sets for me and my wife. I just came across the Spiral Bible. you for sharing.
Oh my goodness! I LOVE THIS!!!! I love everything about it! You did such an amazing job. Would you be willing to create one for purchase? If so how much do you think it would cost?
Can you give more details or tell me where to find your vid on how to do the front and back. I have color ideas, but want to understand how to put them togther.
For these covers I just glued the paper to the chipboard, but I have a few videos under my journaling tips & tricks playlist that show me making a notebook.
I love your bibles-I watch’s d the other video and figured out I could do this lol but I could print out a pdf and have ups bind it. Have you thought of selling the pdf or sharing by any chance
Thanks! Unfortunately, selling the PDF would probably be illegal. Many things can be printed and used for personal use even if copyrighted (the KJV is currently in public domain so not quite copyrighted) but I'm not sure of the legality surrounding sharing the PDF freely which is why I haven't uploaded anywhere. If I ever get an all clear that it doesn't violate any laws I will post a link.
Would you be willing to make one and sell it? I saw your book and loved it. I am trying to read the Bible but it can be overwhelming. Would you consider it?
Did you know the apocrypha originally was not included in the Catholic Bible it was only put into the Catholic Bible after the protestants and the reformation, and they came up with their own Bible, and as a response to this, the leader ship in the Catholic Church, wanted the Catholic Bible to be different in the protestant Bible, so they added in the apocrypha. Just a bit of history and facts.
I used online versions to copy and paste to create a printable version. I copied chapter by chapter. That was the most time consuming part. Sorry for the confusion.
@@theresasarvis2751 I did, it's in the second video and discussed in the link in the description that has the entire cost break down. (Both the video and the cost break down are in the description--as well as why it would be cheaper for the publishing companies)
I love this idea, I also make my own books and notebooks, and I would love to make a coiled Bible for myself. Where did you get your KJV from? I don't think I heard you say so in your videos. Did you have to purchase it as well or were you able to download it from a free website?
Thank you! Because the KJV is in open domain and thus not under copyright restriction (in the US), I copied and pasted each chapter from a digital Bible and then formatted it--that was the most time consuming part of the construction.
Hi, its Commands, Prophets/Judges, Justice, Faith/Hope, Patriarchs, Prayer, Fruit of the Spirit, Holy Spirit, Holiness, Yeshua speaking, Disciples/Apostles, Genealogy, Feast Days, Sacrifice, Treatment of the Poor/Justice,Women, Names of God, Miracles, Prophecy, Kings/Pharaohs, Prophecy Fulfilled, Misc. @@PSALMStoGodThank you so much. If you find 2 themes from the same color scheme in the same verse, doesn't that cause a problem? I still think creating 3 options from the same color is genius, though.
I don’t know why it’s hard to understand why they charge so much… they have a lot of overhead and people to pay. Startup costs, Paper is expensive, ink is expensive, coils, copyrights, printers, facilities etc… and they still need to make a profit, otherwise they wouldn’t be doing it.
Oh, i am a HUGELY "want to" and trust, i have everything, but i am paralyzed with fear of mucking up any & all of the 52 Bibles i currently have 🫣😔. @@LearningwithJudah the KJV is technically copyrighted in England, but in the US it is in public domain. I noticed on your text lines you have woman, but you don’t have man. You may want to consider making a line for a man I understand you’re a woman so you would be interested in things concerning women and that’s reasonable, but if you’re a woman and you’re looking for a godly man, it might be a good idea to focus in and highlight Actions and traits of godly men to help you recognize a godly man. Nowadays peoples puts so much emphasis on a physical looking person that they forget what matters at most a godly person, a person that has a heart for loving people.
I thought about doing that too. I have a journal Bible, but it’s 1400 pages. I could eliminate a lot of the front intro pages, concordance, dictionary, and maps that I rarely use. Mine is sewn with a suave cover but I would love to make it a spiral. Debating whether I should deconstruct or not. Maybe practice with a cheap Bible first? I was always feeding my HP printer ink cartridges which got to be expensive. I bought an Epsom printer with ink bottles that you refill. It runs and runs and is still running. Very happy with my purchase. One of the things holding me back is the spiral size. I have not been able to find a 3 inch coil. However, I’m thinking of making my own. You can go to a jewelry supply craft store or a hardware store and buy rolls of wire. You can wrap the wire around a mandible, like maybe a large pill bottle. Doubling the wire as you wrap it would make it extra strong. As a jewelry maker, I suggest stainless steel wire in a hard grade. You can also get 800 feet rolls of wire cheap through rosaryparts.com.
