you dont always have to run when it says tag up "tag up" just means get back to the bag until the ball is caught, and if you think you can outrun the ball then take off after its been caught, otherwise you left early and they can throw it to whatever bag you where just at step on it and your out.
In the beginning, the reason the runner on second didn't run immediately for third, was that the ball was hit to the right side. If he runs and the ball is fielded cleanly, he would be out at third.
R2 allows you to Stop when base running by the way so you still have control and pause the momentum so rather than run back he'll stall stand and you can choose to continue to run or not.

The Smokies stadium outfield has a grass field and trees. It is in the Smokey Mountains outside of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. I have been there many times.
Wassup brother love the videos I would recommend you try out the strike zone hitting camera it will give you a better chance to be successful in the game and you will be able to time te ball better as well as see the ball of the hand faster
