You have to get used to the audio in PUBG a little bit, keep taking note of how it sounds and then where enemies turn up and you'll learn! Also, what type of headphones are you using? I mainly use Sennheiser HD 800 (with pretty high volume) and I seem to hear enemies a lot earlier than my teammates
