  • Innovation has been, and will continue to be, the cornerstone of healthy and sustainable economic growth and prosperity. For every type and shape of organisation-from startups to corporations and even entire nations-the ability to innovate is crucial for survival in today's dynamic, competitive, and ever-evolving world.
Innovations in advanced societies lead to an improved quality of life, resulting in greater acceptance and anticipation of future changes. This means that a society can only grow and progress if it can embrace change.
However, it is equally important for us to understand that innovations do not occur in a vacuum. They require an agile approach and the establishment of various forms of innovation ecosystems. These ecosystems are crucial for identifying, encouraging, and managing the factors that drive innovation, which should enhance the competitiveness of individual organisations as well as the economy and society as a whole.
Agility, in this context, refers to the ability of organisations to rapidly adapt to changes, efficiently manage resources, and continuously innovate. By integrating agile principles, organisations can better navigate the complexities of modern ecosystems, fostering an environment where innovations thrive.
In this interactive meetup, you will learn about:
    Fundamental concepts of innovation ecosystems.
Strategies for implementing and nurturing innovation ecosystems within your own organisation.
How agile practices can be applied to foster innovation and drive organisational success.
Cultivating a culture that embraces innovation and change, ensures long-term growth.
