There are some battles we can't win with physical weapons or our own skills or abilities but best fought by taking the position to bow down & by prayer! Man, God is so real and He loves us so much! There was a time when Psalm 42 was my lamentation during a dark time in my life. I would cry out to God as I felt my heart breaking within me and I didn't understand why I had to go through such breaking. Today, I am here on the other side of it all having been healed and strengthed. God heard my cry and the same heart that cried out in distress to him, now cries out with joy and praise to my Saviour. Glory be to God! I pray that same healing for anyone reading this and going through their Psalm 42. God hears you and He will never leave you nor forsake you. You're His and He loves you so much. 💕

Amen, discouragement has been a theme lately. It seems the enemy wants us to feel discouraged because then we are not praising God or praying to God as much. And nothing irks the enemy more than hearing believers praise and pray! Or, he does not want to hear us sharing our faith, sharing God's word with each other, especially new believers! When we submit to God and resist the enemy, He flees from us! No matter what we go through, may we be filled with His love, His strength, His Presence! To God be the glory forever ! ❤
