Pre-biotic: Food ingredients that induce the growth or activity of beneficial microorganisms.
Types of foods that have pre-biotic:
• Walnuts
• Onion
• Dark chocolate
• Apple
• Oats
Probiotic: Are living bacteria and yeast that are good for you, especially your digestive system. Types of foods that have probiotics:
• Yogurt
• Keifer
• Pickles
• Buttermilk
• Sauerkraut
• Tempeh
• Kimchi
• Miso
• Kombucha
Adding these to your diet can promote a healthy gut, which recently has shown to help physical and mental health. It is especially helpful to those with GI distress or who have used antibiotics in the past. It is best to eat foods from the pre-biotic and probiotic categories so they can work together to produce long term results. - Спорт

I would question adding buttermilk, yogurt, or other probiotic containing foods to anything you are cooking as heat WILL KILL the good bacteria you are looking to ingest....Agree or disagree??
Yeah Lily, totally agree with ya, I've recently made kimchi and besides eating it as is, you can fry it with rice or cook it in stew,....bye bye good bacteria!

My cat was vomiting occasionally (1X every few weeks) so I took him to the vet to see what was up & they found nothing wrong. I started giving him a treat with pre- and probiotics and he hasn’t vomited since. It’s been a few weeks so fingers crossed it sticks.
Update: no it did not.

Dairy is not okay though. There’s better ways to get pro and Pre biotic. Kids need to be trained to drink fruit smoothies NOT YOGURT, there’s pro and pre biotic pill 💊 open and mix in smoothies

I have acid reflux/gerd.... And when I eat it bothers me alot, I brought some probiotics yesterday and wondering I can take if am having trouble eating...I was on some 500mg supplement for gastric pain.'... but I read an if u have celiac probiotic may have in gluten,.... Since the gerd I've had a lot of dry rash on my skin and etc....I need help please

Stop eating late night/don't sleep after eating,
Avoid Citrix food,
Include 5-10 min yoga/pranayam in your daily life,
Do some walking,
Don't bend backwards more.. you can lean forward,
Do stomach massage and check if that gives you relief.. if yes then you are in early stage of hernia..
Don't worry if you have it.. yoga can cure that in few weeks
Acid reflux and gerd could be low stomach acid look into betaine hcl and apple cider vinegar
