Just bought a ''doer-upper'' for me and my family and you're inspiring me to hard on it in the evenings. Excited to see how both of our projects turn out and hopefully you can teach me a few things along the way. I think your house will be worth £305k
Awesome stuff Andrew, glad we’re giving you that extra push to get back onto the build, it can be knackering can’t it!? Nice and strong prediction, fingers crossed and best of luck with your doer-upper! 😅🙌🏻
Such energy you both have, and very positive, I wish you very success, all your hard work you deserve it. Still sticking with my 395,000. Looking forward to bathroom reveal.
I’ll guess at £330k. Loving seeing the journey and what you’ve made from nothing, just starting with what you could earn from hospitality/shifts and building it up with van conversions. And all the exciting travel adventures and skills learnt along the way 🎉
Thanks Alice, comments like these definitely lift our spirits up and really remind us what a crazy journey we’ve been on! We’ll keep our fingers crossed for £330K, and will make sure to keep you with us the rest of the way! 🙂👋🏻
You guys are great! My wife and I about to start our first home renovation, so glad I stumbled across your channel. I reckon your house will be worth a good £325,000 minimum.
My favourite part at 4:03! Haha Nicky - love you sooo much! Miss your laugh! Anyway, looks like you're both making progress as usual and having a lot of fun in the process. xxxxxx
Speedfit is a lifesaver. But the spools of pex are killer... Can't bend it back straight. I'm buying the 3m straight strips now out of frustration 😂 319k
Spot on!!! Can’t believe they sell it coiled up, obviously transporting 3 meters of pipe would be pretty hard, but must be a better way of doing it, coz it’s starting to piss me off already… 🤣
@@NickyandHarri I'm going to B&Q with my pipe scissors in the car. Trim the 3m down to 2m+1m to fit into the car. 😂 Brilliant stuff though. Can never have enough elbows and taps.
Martin Cloones' son and parter. Genuinely, how do you know how to do this sort of stuff? Bathroom stuff is quite complicated, how do you know what to do? Good stuff.
Hi Matty, we learn a lot of stuff from asking some of the contacts we have and picking their brains, but we watch A LOT of RUclips ‘how to’s’ to make sure we’re doing everything properly and by the book! Cheers for the comment! 👍🏻
Awesome skills, brilliant vlog, totally inspired by your journey so far, keep going as you’re sure to make a first class renovation - we guesstimate £349.5k
Enjoying this episode in our campervan in wales, enjoying the bank holiday weather ❤ fab video again guys, can’t wait to see the finished bathroom now too! As I can never remember what I’ve put on the last video, I’ll say Estimate around £290k this video 😊 xxx
How awesome, we bet Wales is a stunning place to be in this weather, what a treat!! Thanks, we can't wait to show you the bathroom once its all together next episode, enjoy the rest of the sun!!! 😊 x
you probably already know this but at 1:03 your doors are incorrect, on upstairs bedrooms you want the door to open into the room AWAY from the bed, so you can have the door open a crack without seeing whats inside
Interesting, we're still very confused with that part of the upstairs and how the doors will work! Think this has given us a bit of clarity though, so cheers!! 😀
So we’ve converted 4 vans into motor homes before, but apart from that, no prior experience in construction/ it’s all self taught from RUclips!! Good luck, you’ll smash any work that needs doing, get stuck in! 🙂🙌🏻
333k random guess 🤷 when building the door lining did you remember to over size the door lining for boarding so the architrave sits flush ? I'm sure you did just I had this problem today had to redo someone else's work 😔🫣
Hey Ian, unfortunately we don’t know what you mean and you might have blown our mind! 🤯 We bought it as a pre-packed door frame from wickes, so assuming they would have pre-empted this??? 🤞🏻

Are you guys going to keep the house after you’ve finished or are you going to sell it xx
Great groundwork progress. I'm still a member of the £320K club. Looking forward to seeing the bathroom next time...🚿🚽
We're a hopeful member of the 320k club in all honesty! We can't wait to pull it all together in time for next episode for a real showcase!! 😊
