    Just stay where you are until you at the very least get compensated for your work and while you are working on the van. Your van will make a great wee home once you get the work done. Would it be possible to find a few parking spots on your mate's land?

      Aye Les thats what I am going to do mate. Dig my heels in until Tank is done then I'm off. I can actually park all around my Glen. Most of my customers are second homes or holiday homes. So I can park on their driveways. This is a wee bit of security for the too. All of them have wonderful views mate. One is right on the edge of the river Tummel. Thanks mate God bless,

    You're not evicted till the bailifs show up from the court.

    • @franksyUK
      @franksyUK  День назад

      Aye that's right and the court will take months. If they rule in his favour and I have to leave, the court will then issue me a separate eviction notice giving me 2 months to get out. If after the two months I haven't gone, the bailiffs will inform me that they will reposes the house in 14 days. So all this buys me time. Thanks and God bless. Frank and Tank

    Maybe you could find a bit of woodland or land, cheap, just in case you need somewhere to go. I have seen a plot with lapsed planning, got 4 hard standing areas looks like theyre for static caravans. maybe you could club together with others. its in Scotland and been reduced and is up for auction. 22k. just a thought. You could rent a space or 2 out.

      @iggy_a1 it's unfortunately not that easy. It is very hard to get land to legally live on in Scotland. If the land you are thinking of is near Garve, it would require planning permission permission, drainage, water, sewage and power. And the chances of Highlands and Islands Council allowing anyone to live there is zero. Planning permission would have to be applied for again. Ground work completed. Building warrants in place. And everything done to the exact spec agreed with planning. There is also an additional problem with access from the main road. You would be looking at £350k, just for one house. There's a reason why these plots are for sale, often for years on auction sites. And so many people see this as there dream.

      Thanks Iggy, I have a lot of crypto and when that flips I will be buying land in my Glen. There are a few good sized woodlands for sale too. Until then I will be very happy living in the Tank mate, its a wonderful Glen and the views fishing foraging etc is brilliant. Thanks Iggy God bless,

      @@lesreid2704 It looks like the groundwork is done there. I dont know what the original plan was but it looks like it was for 5 or 6 statics or caravans to be on there. I assumed there was road access from what I could see. Personally, I would be looking for a bit of woodland, or even a few bits. It's safe and legal storage of kit and equipment that would be an issue.

      @@iggy-a1 it may surprise you that many places are not advertised online. My croft was on the market with nothing more than a schedule in a solicitor's window. It was never on Rightmove, Zoopla etc. I think the property you have seen is no longer on the market. It's been for sale for ages, goes under offer and then is for sale again. You may need to check out for flood plains etc on that one. How many acres are you looking for and which areas?

      You should claim Traveller status.
      They will leave you alone then

    Some idiots don’t understand that being a tenant means that you have no entitlement to compensation for improvements. You signed an agreement and you have to honour it. The bailiffs are coming
