I was just to the left. What a great show. time travel!! I was 22 again. I thought about people I haven't seen in a long time. Soul Coughing has a permanent spot in my life soundtrack
Out F-ing standing. I saw the boys in Denver. It was amazing. Seeing this? They’re only getting better and better. Let’s all hope they continue this into the future. The stars were aligned when this gig was born 😉🙏❤️🕉️🎼
Growing up in the 90s in a small town, I felt like I was the only person on the planet who knew all rhe lyrics to every Soul Coughing song. So seeing them on tour was truly heaven. They were so tight it was like it was 1998 again. Thanks for posting this!
Riding my bike on a trail just outside of Boston today and slowed down to let a nice lady heel her dog. As I passed she sang, "🎵Move aside and let the bike go through 🎵". "I remember that song!" I yelled out. "Yeah I saw them like last week at the Roadrunner". I screeched to a stop: "WHAT?" Can't believe I missed this!
OK - this is truly an amazing show. Full stop. The LOBF jam, the crowd interaction, the sublime tightness of these 4 humans, the dense sonic tapestry…. This is the first time I’m actually believing it might (might) continue into something more. Gawd please - let it continue!!!
Amazing video!!!! My grandpa (RIP Rick) was obsessed with this band.... Haughty Melodic by Mike Doughty was one of my first albums. I got into Soul Coughing on my own (with a bit of his guidance.... of course) but ever since he passed, I became obsessed with this band. I like to think his ghost got to see them live. I hope there's an afterlife so badly...
Thanks Steve! Your stuff is always great too. Thought I subbed you months ago after Sessanta, fixing that now. Would you be cool if I cut a multicam for a couple songs from this show using your video?
@@JhonnyOnasis I taped 1 or 2 full songs mostly enjoyed the show i'll put up my clips soon on my TY so much for taping this is a great memory and I missed out on getting a poster so at least I have this for a memory now.
Missed the tour, but thanks for this! Nice blend of all albums. I think the last time I saw them was when they played Key Arena at Bumbershoot for the El Oso tour.
I imagine most people behind me usually curse me at shows. At least this one, I was able to keep the cam low enough so people didn’t have to look at it. 😮💨
I was at this show Sunday and it absolutley blew my mind, I was so emotional through the whole thing. What an incredible treat to see these four amazing human beings making music again, I felt like I was back in my twenties again! Thanks so much for posting this!
Phenomenal show. I was at the Middle East downstairs show Doughty mentioned - back in 1995(?) with like 40 other people in the crowd. I was just as amazed back then as I was Sunday night. Thanks for posting!
I was the dude at the front in the hat losing his mind, and Yuval gave me the set list after! What a freaking night!!! Thanks SO much for this video, it's so awesome!
@@JhonnyOnasis I appreciate this video more than you know, and my GOODNESS did it come out great. Slick 4k and the audio is way better than one would expect (no offense!) It's so darn good thank YOU!
@@JhonnyOnasis Hey, thanks for going the extra mild to time stamp that for me. I really appreciate that. I saw this and it means a ton. I have another friend that was just to the right of both of us (front row) and he got a little clip of Yuval giving that to me also. I thought maybe they all gave out their lists but after watching back, mine was the only one?! What a freaking connection that band had and feeling they gave us last night. I'll never forget it, and thanks to you and this video, I can keep watching it back!
Beautiful camera work and great sound here. Saw them in DC and St Paul last week, and they were absolutely incredible. Their 2024 version of Idiot Kings is stuck in my head!
thank you for doing this. What an incredible night. I definitely shed a tear or 2 during this amazing concert. My hope is they give us new music. What a special night this was.
Thank you for still existing, I dreamed, enjoyed and learned so much from your talent and listening to you again after so many years is a huge pleasure, you are the most innovative and original band of the last 30 years and this is told by someone who has made research his life, your music is in my veins
I haven’t done audio only, but “4K Video Downloader” should have that option, and it’s free. I bet there’s some better audio versions out there on torrent, though. If you’re hard up, I could rip it myself and figure out how to send it to you.
@@christopherholly3475 - only way it’s coming down is if the band requests it or copyright strikes it (that’s only happened once before with a Puscifer track) 🤞
I’m assuming since it was an El Oso sign on the front, they wanted to hear Rare Star Ball. But I’m not sure. LOBF was bonkers, add a RSB or a 212 to the mix??? It’s already in the top ten of all time greatest SC shows in my book - that would’ve been…. let’s hope for another tour!
@@JhonnyOnasis I’m sure. I was behind the guy to the side so I could only see the back of the sign. I was just going off what doughty said about it being a bonus track on Some international edition of irresistible bliss. Either way, thank you so much for uploading this. The show was epic and I feel incredibly lucky to have been there. What a night!!
Greatest night of my life. Found out about them back in 07’ unreal. They said it would never happen

Better late than never.

This is a really good cover band. They almost sound like the original band, if Soul Coughing told their dads to fill in.
