If you can't find the latex rubber bands he's talking about don't worry there's another product out there that works in a similar fashion . It's called "the New Zealand Strike Indicator kit" It comes with a tool (hook) and on that hook tool are some plastic tubes already attached on it plus about a 6" piece of tubing you can cut and use as spare + there's three colures of New Zealand wool .The instructions come with the tool and are very easy to follow .So check out your tackle shop to see if they carry it .Tight lines everybody.😏
Assemble your own kit for under $15: 1. Buy a short section of aquarium hose (3 mm ID) and 4-6 mm long pieces. 2. The threading tool is optional-you can quickly push the loop through the tube section without it, but if you want one, most craft stores carry a latched crochet hook for a few dollars. 3. Craft stores sell inexpensive wool roving or 6 mm poly macrame rope.
Pat Dorsey invented this. You'll need 1/4 inch orthodontic rubber bands. The 'yarn' is polypropylene 6mm Bonnie Braid available at craft stores.

Thanks Pat Dorsey!
Brilliant. Thank you.
Hey!! I recognize that blue ribbon flies box :)

If you know an orthodontist they have them
@@sgrahammd thx 🙏

Did you seriously just do a video on the Dorsey indicator, and just not call it that?
Agreed. Dunno why the guy tries to be all cryptic.
I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt. The Dorsey has thread hitches in the center of the wool, whereas this wool is just a tuft.
