This is my Multiplex Funjet Ultra clone. It has a KFm4 airfoil and a 30 inch wingspan. The white foam is dollar tree foamboard and the pink foam is 1/2 inch wall insulation foamboard from Home Depot.
Wingspan: 30 inch
Fuselage Length: 24.5 inches
Fuselage Width: 2.5 inches (widens to 3 inches infront of fuselage)
Elevons: 7 inches x 2 inches (begin 2.5 inches in from edge of wing)
CoG: 15.25-15.5 inches back from nose
Motor: Grayson Hobby Microjet V3
Prop: 6x4 APC
ESC: 30A Exceed RC
Battery: 1550 mAh 3S 11.1v GensAce Lipo
Servos: Turnigy 9-gram
Rx: OrangeRx 6 channel
Tx: DX7se
Aileron Expo = 46%
Elevator Expo = 50% (decreased throws to 67%)

I am using a Microjet V3 from Grayson and I think its perfect for this plane - plenty of power and long flight times
i have built one using your specs and it looks amazing. You made it look easy and it was. I've built flying wings and an edf f22 but this one I am most proud of. Thank you for doing your video.
I am using a detrum edf 4000kv motor and running 4.75x4.7/ 6x3 prop, 35a esc, 1550lipo 30c. On bench tests all went well i have yet to maiden her but i bet she'll go fast.

Great project, found it right underneath my post on FT3D on FliteTest (DStevens3800). You did a great job, very descriptive build. I took the power set up off the Stryker F27Q, I'm sure it's completely over powered. My flight definitely was not as smooth as yours, cg issue for sure. I've posted a couple videos. Test flight 2 shows the most flying. If you have a minute maybe you could check it out and give me a few pointers. It would be greatly appreciated. Once again great job. Thanks!
Built it, flew it, loved it, hit a telephone pole guide wire. Building it again! Thanks for the great simple design, clear instructions, and easy build. Check out my channel where I designed and built a jet from one piece of Dollar Tree foam board.

used the 2826 2200kv motor, very fast and fun. I used 3 inch elevons on mine, also 2 inch shorter nose.

flew great cg was correct,,,,, i flew wot into a tree and shes been up there in a really tall tree for the past month..there goes the electronics...oh at least the bat fell down and my sat

No, I moved to a different city and it stayed in the air. I live in Calgary and the airplane is in Stanly park Vancouver... I lost an ar7000, two servos, an edf 4200kv motor and a 5.25/5.25 prop. I went to the tree for many days, I have an ankle disability from an injury and I cant climb as I used to. So the parts might still be in the tree. I cant wait to fly but another move and searching for a job trumps r/c.
Thank you for your video, you did a great job on the build and the instruction for said build. I learned plenty and hope to build one with a 3+meter wing span in the near future.

Just maidened it.WOW just WOW.I have to put a smaller prop on mine cause it bangs hard at higher throttle.I stopped the build on the electronics a whle back and i was looking at it last night so i decided to set it up with some nice electronics and it was ready today.BTW any new videos or projects going on?

I built one of these, a great design but be warned, this bird is fast!! It's actually too fast for me, it's gone in a heart beat so ease up on the gas until you get used to it, super design ☺👍

That ain't no airfoil! It's an abrupt interruption in air flow! Must be a liberal arts student, wanting to build a nice looking passes.
