I'm from the UK and live in Aus and they cost £199 here. Big difference price wise and not sure why this is. Normally it's the other way around (Aus > UK).
First of all coach I’m a big fan of your work so thank you for all your reviews. You helped me and my brother (who btw is a pro boxer) a lot to purchase our boxing gears. Just a quick question coach : could you please tell me if these new Rival rfx guerrero Velcro are more confortable than the Rival rs2v which I found to be the most confortable Rival gloves that I had to use ?
Just got my first pair today. Still 279 and overpriced. However like most Rival products I love them in the 18 oz form factor for bag and mitt work. Simply fabulous. Still Hit N Move remains the best I’ve ever used in the 16 oz form factor . Both are now overpriced but superb gloves and if I’m going to pay up either of these gloves will be outstanding.
I am currently with Venum Elite both 14oz for bag and 16oz for sparring I want to switch my sparring gloves to Cleto Reyes (around 260€-300€) or Rivals P4P Velcro guerrero ? Which do you suggest ? If you advize for Cleto, I am a bit lost on all the different versions especially those labelled "redesigned", which one is better for sparring ?
Hi Simon! i just bought a pair of used hyperko 1s, i’ve only worn them a couple of times the soles has already start to split. Do you have any tips on how to deal with it?
That price is too much. $409 AUD in Australia & i think thats about right. For me, as a boxing velcro glove their my favourite from what i tried on super consistant & form fitting feel from cuff to fingertip but, as 100kg Muay Thai covered buckles are a no go. I press hard on the buckle with knee or elbow i can feel it underneath so a full power hit on them might be a problem & why i couldnt buy them. Their better than my punch black diamonds in a few ways but, punch are better in wrist padding for MT. & overall although siffer to open, close, and stiffer thumb the RS100 is my preference over Gurrero V. & cheaper. But i got fairtex BGL6 w/lace converters as i liked better than the Guerrero V or Rs100 personal opinion 4 MT
www.fit2boxchannel.com/middleweight-velcro Check out my ratings cards of both Personally I would buy the guerrero ahead of the rs11v even factoring the price difference The FIT2BOX cards hold the answers EVERY card can be compared to another card regardless of price division
This price is a joke. Don't get me wrong this gloves are top tier but it's like buying a BMW for the price of a Ferrari

That is definitely wrong. It is more like buying a bmw 320i for a bmw340i price. They are fucking good only a little overpriced

I rate these more comfortable
Thanks for watching and Thankyou for you kind words
@@Fit2Box Ok thank you 🙏🏽 coach.
I have them and they’re the best I ever had.
Have them for more than a year now, training three times a week. Use them for mittwork, not on the bag.
No quality issues or loss of padding.

Hi Simon! Do the Velcro and lace ups have the same feel to them? I’ve noticed that lace ups are usually softer
You should review the Rival SF-H it’s the best from their RFX line

Check out the sparring scores on the cards you have mentioned
They recommend getting 18oz gloves for 185lbs and heavier. What would you suggest?
Well at ours we say 16oz to spar in and we find that fine
What weight and height are You?
Yeah always recommend 16oz, but I do have a guy at my gym that spars with 18oz because he’s know to be a really hard puncher.
Do you like the black/yellow color pattern more than the blue/yellow color pattern? Which one looks better in person in your opinion?
Blue and yellow
Why?

Where do you buy the glove?
Hey mate, in your opinion would this glove be a good Muay Thai choice, opening for clinch control etc ?
Fairtex, twins. I train muay thai but I personally love rival.

Hello Fit2box ,where did you get the Hajime no Ippo T-shirt from ?
A seller on eBay
@Fit2Box should i watch it
@@temueraclones yes it’s good few ‘odd’ scenes but it is anime 🫣😂
Do you think these or the Lace version would be a good bag and padding glove at 12 ounces? Thank you.
There are BAG (bagwork) scores given in the video for both Velcro and lace 👍🏼

Rival are now just becoming too expensive to consider.
Every glove does. The ones i bought for 190 euro are now 300-360 euro
