5:26 As a German speaker. The right pronunciation of Rechtselhre is actually pronounced as Ra-Kh-sle-ha. Ch in German is pronounced as kh sound. Kinda irrelevant information. But there you go.
Hi, you said kelson studies law as it but he also said law is ought proposition. So iam confused, is his theory based on law as is or law ought to be? Where does ought to be fit in his theory
