Great intro. Thanks. Question : I currently have STACKS for Personal / Business X. / Business Y / TRAVEL etc. - I'm wondering whether I move the businesses / (big projects) into spaces now? The question is - what are the benefits of spaces versus stacks? Do stacks become obsolete once spaces has evolved?
Big difference is notes can live in a space and you can email and clip notes into a space. I tend to see spaces at a higher level than a space. Notebooks from many stacks can live in a space. For the training work I do I have a stack for agancy 1, 2 and private. Multiple notebooks in each stack. They all now live in a space where I bring the whole topic of Training together. Lots of pinned notes and an easy place to manage it all.
@@TamingTheTrunk thanks for the response! I may be being a bit slow here... but aside from pinning notes and a slightly better 'interface' I guess - stacks and spaces seem to exist in the same place in there hierarchy no? I have 3 or 4 projects (basically separate businesses.) each currently has a stack with multiple notebooks inside. Is the intent that they are better off as Spaces with multiple notebooks inside? If so what's the benefit / use for stacks in this instance? (again - apologies for slow pick up!)
@@jackdots So as an example for what you've shared of your setup, if you have an "accounts" notebook for each of the three businesses you could create a space dedicated to "Accounts" and add all the notebooks for all the businesses. See all invoices, payments, expenese etc in one place. Then again you may not need that kind of organisation, which is fine. I still use stacks and notebooks for most of my workflows, I just have 2 spaces which I find quite useful. I've also heard of some folk using a space as a collection area where they can then organise later, so they're kind of using a space as a notebook.
thx for this long time evernote user here long time wondering what the point of certain new pushes are from them question : why is it only notebooks i can add? why not single notes? if i want to hold a party and wish to gather multiple recipes or a guest list or a music playlist idea and these all reside in multiple notebooks…. how can i gather them into a space? otherwise i would move all to a single notebook … but doesn’t that defeat the whole idea of a space of it’s just another way to have a notebook? or is use a tag called “my next party” …. but spaces could solve this , yet i don’t see how it does. am i right? thx for your insight always
You can have a note into a space and it doesn't have to be in a notebook. Go to your space and hit the New Note button and you'll get one and you can also move a note into a space as well. I've founf having notes in spaces useful.
@@TamingTheTrunk Hello, Can you explain how to move a previously created note into your newly created space? That so far has been unclear in the things I've watched so far. Thanks
Hi! I’m surprised there’s not a way to see the Tasks in that space? Wouldn’t that make a lot of sense if you use a Space for a project or area/function of your life?
Its coming soon in a future update. Right now you can remove all the stuff, rename it and its then a new space.

Thank you. I see a lot of potential in this feature. How do you share a space with someone for collaboration? On evernote website it says there should be a share option but I cannot find it.

Good idea that. Its still beta though and a very early release. I'm looking forward to seeing improvements.
Enig idee hoe je een ruimte verwijderd?
(Any idea how to delete a space?)

Its coming soon. Sharing works with team accounts but not yet with individual ones. Will be very useful indeed.
Great video. The AI gen image is disturbing tho
Yes. AI creates some creepy elephants lol.
