- Shalom Everyone, Today I just wanted to share on how to make Puto Cheese
Ingredients
8 cups of All purpose flour or 1 kilo
4 cups of white sugar
8 tbsp of Vanilla
8 tbsp of margarine
8 tbsp of powdered milk
6 large eggs
8 tbsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
Cheese
4 cups Water
1 big can of Evaporated milk

Long time ago, a Pilipino missionary lady made a pie of green mango(mangang hilaw). The foreigners were fooled , believing it was Apple pie. Just an idea.
