Location: Cathedral of Manus Metyr, the boss is only accessible as part of Ymir's Questline.
Difficulty: 1/10
Strategy: Consume Wondrous Flask with Cerulean Hidden Tear (infinite mana), cast Terra Magica to buff your damage, then shoot Comet Azur spell before the boss gets close to you. It will die in one use before the fight even starts. Easy peasy.
Reward: 420,000 Runes, Remembrance of the Mother of Fingers

Do y’all know what to do when the boss floats up and does like 2 giant lasers because I cannot figure out what to do against that and it’s killing me every time
@@orangeorange6540there is a spot in between the little field that it has around its body and the actual laser that you can safely stand in and not get hit
I normally have to move to the right to get it but idk there is a spot you can sit in to avoid the laser

Entire dlc allows for barely any openings for melee.
Managed to azure comet him to 2nd phase then dodged like crazy while firing off regular comets. Same strat in the vid, try to let mimic get the aggro of the boss when firing off comets in 2nd phase. Make sure to keep healing when he starts using the purple gravity lasers youll die if youre not at full hp
I literally tried doing the same exact thing but I get shitty reactions from him

I didnt know how to efficiently dodge her magic attacks but I was still able to beat her through dumb luck and staggers.
Staggers with what weapon
Envoy long horn, mimic with bloodhound fang for the dub

Yeah I'm kinda done at this point. It's just unfun, the dlc bosses are just overturned to. Malenia only took me like 10 tries.

So basically the entire dlc and this boss especially is melee build=burn in a pit.
Ngl I think the opposite this boss literally is like the only one that doesn't just bum rush you 2 seconds into the fight the others make it near impossible to even use magic without a distraction

i don't know what build you're using,what's your level or if you are on ng+ but for me it's not working,i am level 360 with 14 shadow blessing on ng+3,i have 99 int and my talismans enhance the spells potency and duration as well as shorten spell casting time but i can't manage to take more than 60% of her health bar and then she just one shots me.
I'm in the same boat lol dude I'm level 265 and running this exact same build and getting nowhere the same results ng+3 as well. I think something else might be up with his build.
I shouldn’t have went to Ng+7 before the dlc came out these bosses have way too many one shots

They're the same on ng, one shotted with that headbutt, black hole that covers the whole area.

That finger boss is no joke took me idk how many chances to beat it f++k this boss
Looked up metyr mother of fingers and sent this video to my friend because I wanted him to see the moveset, I guess I shoulda watched the full video
Finally beat it a couple minutes ago after about 25 tries
It won't stand still for me and it chases me around the arena.
Good to know comet azure can still melt bosses 😂

@@garrettdoublehead448 There's 20 new spirit ashes. The Elden Ring fextralife wiki has a list of all the DLC ones.
There are around dozen new spirit summons. I’ve explored quite a bit and found like ten.
