I don't pay to win. I complete the whole story mode, which gives you a lot. Then, for pvp, try to get your 200 free points for 1 win, so at the end of the date, you get free cc. Then, on the event tab if you complete the original series you also can get a lot cc. On the event and the special tab there are a few things you can do to get cc. Then soul boost all your character to max which gives 20 cc per character. If you need more info ask
also complete your daily task since after the 14-day pass, you would have got 1000cc. Also, complete your tournament of power you get like 200cc and as you advance you get more cc for the last battle. I'm getting 150 for last battle now.
