I bought one in a Turkish shop some years ago. It was white inside and all in all very beautiful but had no taste. I guess it was picked too early.

What kind of meditation would you normally recommend? I definitely should incorporate some into my health routine. Haven't really been in the best of moods today so thanks for being so kind and keeping my spirits up with your videos always appreciated. I truly miss deeper insightful conversation so it's always nice to engage in it once in awhile when possible. Also what benefits do you enjoy most from this fruit? Don't think I've heard of it before but will definitely research. Much love!

@@AlexandraAndersson Thanks for being so kind as always and reaching back out. I'll ask again on the next one but have you ever done a mineral bath? It's another method of healing and relaxation if you're more adventurous or open minded. I know someday I'd love to experience it for its soothing and healing properties. It's also beneficial when you're feeling sore. I'll probably check out one of those RUclips channels you mentioned as well thanks for the suggestions. You seem very insightful when you want to be so don't hesitate to engage more always appreciate the feedback and it keeps my spirits up when channels interact more with their audience. Have you incorporated it into one of your power bowls? Much love!

  • @laplayeritablanca

Why people still confused. Pitaya it's one thing and pitahaya aka dragon fruit it's another thing. And people will say in the usa, canada or Spain they use both names that is just pure ignorance.

    Dragonfruits are NOT pitaya.
They are a Pitahaya there is a world of difference its important to call them by their proper name as a Pitaya is a totally different fruit endemic to México aka only found in Mexico and the cactus 🌵 looks absolutely different then that of a dragonfruit. Or pitahaya

red flesh tastes better than white flesh, it is more delicious. but remind you that red flesh makes your urine become red, just like blood. ha ha, don't worry it. the colour is from the red flesh. it is very cheap in Asian countries.
