John, I found my slicer at Amazon for ten dollars, second pic on page. You put the banana inside the rings and squeeze the handle

If you freeze a tray then put the mould on it it will keep it cold so it dont melt

Just looked do you mean the onion holder, I am going to get the banana shaped cutter. Figured while I am at it I think I should get the crank turn apple peeler/slicer
