damn man, i'm learning Arcane for a week now, Mana burn, mini mana burn and fillers, it's pretty hard and i get trashtalk because i'm not consistent with my dps in mythic + (10-15) Watching you killing it make me wanna master it as well, keep the good work ! Do you think Set bonus is important in making a big dps difference ? im stuck between 50-100k dps damage overall with 458 ilvl..
On low keys, it's very hard to do high dmg as mobs die way too fast. 4set helps with dmg but its a like a 5% dmg increase not more. Keep up the arcane dream and I'm sure one day you'll be very happy with your results!!
He just said it but I’m running in the 11-13 range and I’m usually ending high 90s low 100s at 451 ilvl. Shit dies too fast and it’ll feel much better at higher key levels. Especially this week I don’t even AP burn on trash…just a mini born aoe rotation mixed with arcane explosion fillers. The only problem on tyrannical at this key level is we don’t usually get our 2nd AP burn until the boss is around 15% hp and by then it’s not even worth it. Fire has the exact same problem in dungeons and it’s been this way for seasons. It’ll feel SO much better at higher key levels.
I've struggled on all mage specs in lower keys as packs die before I can get going. Then I further blunder by committing cds I shouldn't have trying to save face on the current segment meter. I'm hoping when I get to 20+ keys the mobs will live long enough that I can properly manage my cds better. Anything below a 15 melee just delete everything before I finish casting radiant spark lol. Amazing vid! can you explain what trinket i should be using with balefire? atm im running Belor'relos from tindral, but ive seen alot of arcane mages running a passive proc trinket, what are your thoughts on this?
I'm having a hard time understanding how to keep and use the set bonus. Does using 3 clear casting take away the 2 set bonus buff? Sometimes I can get big burst but my overall isnt very consistent and my ST sustain falls a lot. I doing the rotation right but it seems I cant get the procs often or I dont know how to watch the set buffs correctly i dont get how to expect the aoe missles or when is best to use them and wondeirng why the 2 set stack of 2 drops when i use cc
Hi friend! im playing fire mage this season, but not doing so well, i rarely do 200k+ damage in a +21, do you think is viable i switch to arcane? i've played arcane im BFA but changed a lot, gonna take a while to learn the rotation 😅
On the second last boss you do Double BL into Big burn, shouldnt you do evocation then go to low mana or 18 sec evocation buff and then go into big burn?
@andregomes8061 it depends on a lot of things; rotation, pulls, key lvl, stats are the most important, but yeah trinkets can matter a lot! But sim it, it's never more than 1-3% dmg increase on any trinket

For the burst! Races don't impact too much your dps anyways and I enjoy having an extra burst ^^

Just use whatever sims better between the trinkets you have!

During burn phase, how do you get 4 arcane charges after u arcane barrage ?
Touch of the magi instantly gives you 4 charges!

That is not rotation helper, it's GCD history -> a history of the buttons I press
As arcane we always should do double bl? Or better to do 2 big bursta with bl?
Always double bl, that's our biggest burst!

It's a plugin for details I believe (or it ckme with the addon naturally since a few months ago)

Doesn't matter that much, ideally yes for better mana management but I really wanted to get my cds out as fast as possible 👍

How important would you say in % the trinkets are for the mages damage?
A lot tbh! Especially as arcane, having at least one on use can greatly improve your burst damage!
@@KyujiQG It's as I imagined, I even have the correct stats, but my trinkets are horrible, so my damage is very low
