- Hello I'm Aaron and Charlie Brown is my chocolate brown cocker spaniel and together with my wife Deirdre we love camping in our HYMER 655 motorhome & we also have a converted ambulance called "The BeeBaw"

I had considered staying at this location in the past, but personally wouldn’t support a business-model that is anti-dog.
After all, a dog is part of the family. During my recent tour of West Cork/Kerry (Beara/Ring of Kerry), I met and chatted with many owners of Motorhomes & Campervans primarily from the UK but also a few from mainland Europe. Their overriding experiences were of Ireland being anti-dog, be it at cafés, shops, and trails (even with dogs on leash).
Many businesses in Ireland have a long way to go to be seen as dog-friendly.

You see they are not "Anti Dog" they just have. "I think" a Valid Reasons for not allowing dogs July & August BUT they do allow them all other times !!! my bug bear is the cost !!! Thanks for the comment & for watching
We have stayed there a few years ago. Our 9yo loved the pirate Park so it was great for that. The grounds are fabulous

Its a beautiful site but yea the price !!!
I checked the price for a night during July for a caravan, awning, electricity, 2 adults, 4 children (1 over 16) and it came to €64. No site is worth that.

Never went due to the cost, and no play park in the camp site. Not worth the money.
