You can do it man! I’d build a ton of them if the parts weren’t ridiculously priced. I have a lot going on in my personal life (good stuff) right now, but I shall build again for sure!
Good video, I liked the trick you used with the grease on the bearing. The case looks good although I still think you might be better off buying a new case. Make sure to order the crank, fly wheel and rods from the same source. Get a standard weight flywheel, for a smoother ride, and stroker-clearanced I-beam rods. Try to get a filter-oil pump and a 1.5 quart deep sump. Good luck.
I was looking at the maxi 26 oil pump from CB going to a filter. I like the sump idea too, if the Bus isn’t too low. No lightened or cast flywheel for sure. Cheers!
@@bomberobus Top of the morning, I was wondering if you started building your 1800 and would you be making any video doing so ,I'm in the process of building the exact same engine. Looking forward to seeing more from you stay blessed
@@bobqwhite1267 I have begun, with a series of videos already posted. I am currently at a stand still waiting for my heads to be delivered (been waiting for 3 months). I’m very excited to get things going again and I love it that you’re building the same engine!
@@bomberobus I'll check them out ,I'm waiting on more cash flow I'm going with Panchito's from CB Performance 90.5 and Kadron dual 40s and binge watch your videos. Stay blessed
Great video with excellent information! I’m going to bookmark for later reference! Thanks Bro!

Sweet and slow. That’s probably how this build will go $$$

@@bobqwhite1267 Panchitos are nice! CB has always given me great service too. I understand how cash flow can dictate the pace 😎
even if you could machine those block openings.....It was 10mm stud so I would NOT.....1800 was the right thing to do with that case.
Very true. It seems I never stop learning about the cause and effects of those engines. It helped me a lot watching your vids so thanks.
