I truly believe animals have a sixth sense for sure. My brother kept his hen and chicks in the basement and I experienced a similar incident. The house is quite old and all the heat vents were connected. I was home alone, really slacking off while my mom and dad were out grocery shopping. My brother's chickens got crazy loud because I can hear them through the vents. At first I put it off but it got so noisy I couldn't ignore. I was afraid we had rats in the basement so I crept down to get those sneaky rodents but there was nothing. Once I got there the chickens went quiet. When my parent got home I asked my mom if we had rats and she asked why. I told her that the chickens been making lots of noise. My dad is a shaman so my mom told me to stay put and disregard any noise. she left to go talk to my dad. My dad grabbed his spirit knife (it's made of wood tied with a red cloth). He opened the back door and went down straight to the basement. He drove the spirit out and not 5 minutes after, my dad received a call that my aunt fell into a comma. He ua neeb to see and saw that it was my aunt. She came to see us for the last time.
