PALLETIZING ISLAND with double robotic palletizer, automatic pallet dispenser and stretch wrapper

The main feature of this palletizing island is the innovative second Comau robot, which allows to prepare the incoming products into the desired scheme; the main robot will then pick the layer up and will place it on the pallet.
The line is equipped with an automatic pallet dispenser and a motorized roller conveyor, which transfers the ready pallet to the stretch wrapper station.
Up to 14 movements per minute.
