Hello everyone! I am very glad that you have visited my channel! In this video I show you step by step how to cook pumpkin caviar. Pumpkin caviar is very easy to prepare, but it turns out very tasty!
In the video I use magic tricks so as not to torment you with the final result 😊
Ingredients:

✅Pumpkin
✅ Bell pepper - 3 pieces
✅Carrots - 3 small pieces
✅ Onion - 1 large
✅Tomato - 1 large
✅ Garlic - 3 cloves
✅ Vegetable oil - 6 tablespoons
1. Cut all vegetables into cubes.
2. Add salt, pepper, vegetable oil.
3.Bake for 1 hour at 200 ° С
4. Allow to cool
5. Transfer to a blender
6. Pass the garlic through the garlic press and add to the vegetables.
7. Grind everything thoroughly.
I store in regular glass jars. And it is not stored in our house for long, as it is eaten quickly. In general, it turns out very tasty. From this amount of products, about 2 liters of caviar are obtained.
