The rope isn't from him being hanged. It's the rope he had around his neck from when he was a wolf, and the rope attached to his arm is that same rope, just that this one was created when he became the Boy from ep1. The rope was originally connected from the boy's arm to the wolf's neck.
You guys seem a bit confused on what the Orb has encountered so far; March is the second person it has met, after the Nameless Boy from episode 1. The ropes hanging off of it aren’t from it being hanged or tortured by other humans, they are the leash that was hung around it’s neck as a wolf when the Boy took him out into the snow. The boy still had the leash tied around his wrist to connect them when he died, so the Orb replicates it when it takes his form. Thus, two ropes.
Wonder if they will be told this. Or if they will figure it out.
@@lilmagi we aren't allowed to inform them of misinterpretations until they finish entirely on the discord
@@lilmagi It shows the ropes and transformation at the beginning of the next episode so they'll (hopefully) realize
@@MoppetMage I understand why that is but sometimes they honestly should get told because it truly makes them look stupid if they don't figure it out
@@MoppetMage I think the mods do that in our stead. And no it doesn't have to be when the series ends. They'll probably clarify it like the next ep in the intro.
Im so glad the editor is on the ball, blocking the spoilers in the OP, big thanks
Kinda silly. There are no spoilers in the OP. There is however foreshadowing. The OP is just as much part of the experience as the show and none of it makes sense until the story unfolds.
This obsession with avoiding spoilers in the opening in recent years is quite ridiculous.
@@IISheireenII I don’t think they’re saying that there are spoilers in the literal sense. I’m sure none of the references make sense until you actually get to the episodes that discuss them. That said, the bros are reactors, so in order to get the best reactions it’s probably better for them to have no idea of what the characters are going to look like or what sort of events are going to happen.
Part of the enjoyment of watching reaction vids is to see people’s first impressions. The “ahh” factor of making sense of something you’ve seen in the op doesn’t quite make up for the “wow” factor of seeing something for the first time.
You could see so much emotion welling up in Jacob during the reaction. Genuine joy. Oh god this is gonna hurt..
*:(((*
I'll laugh
This show will wreck him
He wasn’t hung, that was just his leash from his time as the wolf, it wasn’t a part of him so it stayed through his transformation
It's been on my to-watch list since it started, started watching along just because these reactions are starting, and I've already destroyed half a box of tissues.
I really wish the staff behind this anime didn't make the OP so heavy with spoilers, because visually speaking it's amazing and it's a shame that they have to miss out on that aspect. I like when shows get experimental, but not showing spoilers in the OP isn't something we need to really test or challenge.
This is why I don't watch an OP until I'm into the show 4-5 episodes. Sometimes I won't watch it until the OP changes or until the show is over. I'll still listen to it just not watch it. Some OPs are WAY to spoilery. I don't even want to know what characters are in a show until their introduced. There's just too much I can infer from them.
They aren't going to miss it. They're probably going to see new bits and pieces every episode.
The OP is a bit misleading in some things though.
I know this comment was months ago, but I have to disagree that the op was spoiler-heavy. If you're going in blind, it's a bit hard to make out what's going on with the overlapping scenes. The only super spoiler was Tonari's part, in my opinion. Like, unless you're analyzing it or have already read the manga, people watching without context won't know what's being "spoiled".
@@TonyMarzipan A 11 month late reply a month late reply, but I think the most spoiler-y part is when it literally cycles through the different people that end up becoming the forms the orb takes. It's take a bit of the surprise away when you already know which characters are going to die.
It's so funny how you would think that opening is spoiler fest but that's the bait! It's a trap!!
Yeah I would've rathered them react to it cause they're intuitive enough to notice the trap and then think certain characters were safe.
I certainly fell into the trap and then sobbed.
If we're talking about the March thing, I never understood how people interpreted that as her being "safe".
I saw it and knew immediately like, "Yep, cute little bitch is as good as dead."
There's literally several characters that are shown dead (from around the end of the season even).
@@SouthHill_ But it also shows a lot of characters aged to be older so you can never be sure if you characters are symbolically dead up til a certain point
@@itsjoesantos9553 You outright see March at one point with an arrow in her back.
Yeah March is such a cute little girl.
Yeah ....
Yeah ...
how many more hours till patch drops?
@@daymi7300 What patch? There's nothing to patch here. ☺
@@Unknown_crusader sure buddy
Everyone raves about the op, but man ed is just special, my favourite in a long time. Pure magic.
i just love this whole interaction with march and the orb- being. it reminds me so much of the early episodes in Dororo with Dororo just talking her mind and never getting an answer.
I have always see in divine kinda way (god made the orb) . I am very interested to see again trough this alien outside pesperctive.
You guys are making some big and random assumptions with its immortality as a backing on this show huh
Are you new here? :P
They always make out there assumptions and what not.
Niesio... I mean Fushi, I just love his name in the official Polish translation (Niesio = Immorty or smth if I were to translate that into ENG = Fushi in the origibal JPN I guess) wasn't hung. IDK where that idea came from.
But I guess as always, I love all the wild speculations.
I love this show so much even though it’s just a story of the beauty, futility and pain of life told from the perspective of an immortal being it’s just amazing…. The only thing I’m confused about is why does his eyes turn blue, I’ve finished the show, I don’t where remember an explanation if anyone knows lmk
Well the original human’s eyes are the same color, so presumably something related to March giving him a positive stimulation like the human would be my guess.
It's because the nameless boy wanted to eat fruit, so the orb eating fruit has fulfilled that wish.
@@kaiayang2855 huh, good to know.
@@kaiayang2855 yeah because the orb’s eyes are yellow but the boy’s eyes were purple( I think ? )
He was imitating the boy's smile
recently realised that March means mom in Russian!
March is best girl 🥰
There getting attached! The number one rule of this anime is don't get attached to characters other then the main one. He is immortal and will outlive everyone he ever meets by the nature of immortality
So sad they don't even react to the OP
guys it's showing unavailable. did you block the reaction in certain areas?
U can use vpn
Is there any other link to watch the reaction video, streamable is blocked in my country😭 idk why tho
I dont know if I have the strength to watch this show again
Oh this series is gonna hurt
Ah yes, what a cute little girl 🙂 * sweating profusely *
Love your reactionnn 😍
I swear no one uses the word 'reactionary' correctly.
86とかも見てほしいな
Its great and fun until march diedd
didnt really care for the firat episode sp almost dropped it but the second got me into it
ok.. showing scenes without context in the OP is NOT spoilers. You really should watch the whole OP, its so good.
I mean, after this arc, it’s clear what the OP spoilers mean regardless of context, so it’s fine that it’s partly censored until they get to certain points
That is spoilers cause it’s showing you scenes you haven’t seen yet. There’s stuff with with Fushi using his powers which is kinda a spoiler.
@@jsdndksmdkds I don't really consider that to be "spoilers"
@@vanilla_milkshake it literally shows you everyone who will die with the major ones (who get to see their dreams) being the ones Fushi will take the form of later. How are those NOT spoilers? It even shows Hayase’s arc, etc.
@@ladynoluck because there's no context
Ngl I didn’t really enjoy March as a character
