Every Mario Kart Tour Nitro Track Ranked

Mario Kart Tour offered a lot of things that were different from previous entries in the series, and one of those differences happens to be it's own set of nitro courses. Given it's theme of touring all over, the nitro courses in Mario Kart Tour heavily focuses on tracks based in real life cities. From New York, to Vancouver, to even Berlin! It's not all realism, as there are a few tracks that are based on the Mushroom Kingdom proper, ranging from infiltrating a ninja temple to suspending ice cream.
With a grand total of 21 courses (merging the different routes from the cities), it's time to conclude this tour and rank them to see which one is the best that Mario Kart Tour has to offer.

There is a very high probability that Pairhana Plant Pipeline will be in Mario Kart X on Switch 2. and it will get a huge glow up using the Switch 2's amazing hardware and features. Mario Kart DS had several "test" tracks (ie Test Circle, etc) that might be a nitro track in Mario Kart X.

While I agree with your ranking of Ninja Hideaway, I actually think it plays better in Tour than in 8DX. The first half is fine in both, but the automatic tricking in Tour makes the second half so much smoother. Course is B tier at best, music is C tier

Not really, despite this track appearing first in MK8D, it was made with Tour in mind. So it's nitro for both games.

It would take more than one year to make, given how long it takes to even get some tracks (COUGH Mario Raceway, Lakeside Park, Pirahna Plant Pipeline, ect)

idk how unbalanced the list would be, but i thought it would make sense if you mixed the RMX tracks, And the 4th variants of Tokyo and New York in with the rest of the tracks. But I can see why you didn't lol. Great ranking!

I always wondered why they never added any of the RMX tracks in mk8dx? I think that people would have prefered it over some of the other tracks added in the bcp not counting the city.

Not me having RMX Vanilla Lake 2, Donut Plains 1 and Bowser Castle 1 in my ideas for Retro tracks in the next game.

They seem like appetizers compared to the city and nitro tracks of Tour.
Like, I don’t think these courses were hard to make if they all used the sources already provided from the SNES tracks, alongside adding in some unique elements.. ish. (you got bouncing plants and then reusing the 3DS Rainbow Road mushrooms for RMX RR2)
I’d also assume people could get these RMX courses confused, or Nintendo didn’t think they were as exciting as bringing back every Wii track, but that’s just speculation
