Have you change the minimum width in the options for developers? Display size? I have set it in 340. You should try. And do you know if this phone will be updated? It really needs it.

I tried using the buttons and they didn’t work either. I’m doing to see if changing the text size etc works and will make a video if it does!

Hmm, that shouldn’t be the case. Have you tried a different SIM card? This will let you know if the phone is faulty or not.
