Bro, league is not a static game. Everything constantly changes. Camille sucked for a long time to the point where she almost completely stopped being picked toplane and her role basically shifted to support cause of hail of blades cheese and bloodsong being much cheaper and better sheen item. Its likely a Sacroiliac joint slip. You're lacking mobility/stability in your glutes/core. Look up glute medius activation and core stability exercises and stay consistent with them. You'll heal regardless but just know there is an underlying strength and activation issue in your glutes, particularly glute medius.

30 something year old here. For back and knee pain you have to stretch and strengthen your hips. Tight hips and ankles can lead to back and knee pain.

As a fellow old man (26) get rid of that gaming chair. I dropped like $500 on a refurbished Steelcase ergonomic chair and got rid of my Gamer™chair and it is incredible the amount of difference it makes, especially for somebody who's at their desk a lot. Seriously, look into some good well known ergonomic chairs sooner rather than later, before it gets worse.
No chair will truly fix your pain. Commodity, gadgets, drugs can only make the pain temporary more tolerable or more comfortable but they won't heal you. Movement and finding the causes of the pain is the key. And unless you have injury history or some specific health issues for most people majority of the time it's muscle/body disbalances. Good example is how opening your hips and making your glutes more active completely fixes back pain for many. It feels like magic but it's simple biomechanics. Our bodies are super efficient and operate in "you don't use it - so you will lose it way". Sitting makes certain parts of your body basically atrophy over the time while some other parts of your body gets too tight cause they have to overcompensate for those parts that you stop using. I'm also 26 but now after I finally fixed some of my body disbalances that lead to the constant chronic pain and injuries I train much more and harder (and most importantly pain free) compared to my late teens and early 20s where at multiple times I could easily applied for light disability and couldn't train and workout for prolonged periods of time. Not moving is what makes you old. Now I sprint, jump, flip, climb, do gymnastics, beat my times and move from challenge to challenge having a blast. I for certain did feel much "older" when at times I was unable to even jog or walk barefoot at home when I was 19-24. I was in a depressive loop of disbalances causing injuries and chronic pain which then reduces my movement and physical activity which then lead to becoming weaker and more disbalanced which then lead to even less movement and more disbalances or chronic pain. Funnily enough though that's how I discovered League lol.
@@lunacy5510 Buddy your experience isn't universal. You literally said the key is finding the cause of the pain and imbalance. In my case it was the chair, those gamer chairs are objectively horrible for posture and health. In my case, switching my chair out from a gamer chair to an ergonomic one fixed my issue wholly.

When you do listen in’s for toplaners, you NEED to have a delusion meter, and adjust it throughout the game. The content would go hard, and it does actually open the door for you to encourage players to think in a healthy way about the game

Ah Camille. The champ that made my friends that got me into League quit the game. At the time, they felt like her ult was too unfair. My one friend was actually a Zed main. Funny.
I do think the freeze is worth it at the current point in the game. Denies Zed level 6 for even longer.

Yo midbeans about the back problem i would recommend strenghening your back and core muscles so try doing some calysthenics it should help.
turbo stomped a camille last game on irelia, must say it felt much harder though, champ is simply unkillable if you space your trades out.

Stretch out your hip flexors and your psoas, been struggling with that for a while, those get tight and weak when you sit for long periods of time and can develop muscle imbalances and injury because your muscles are compensating and getting injured
