- In this video, I am on a mission to find Rabbit and see if we can do an update with him. It's been about 2 years since I last saw him and around that time things weren't going good for him. Spoiler: I found Rabbit. And also he agreed to do an update. Biggest question to answer: How is he doing now?

I don’t know why but this video breaks my heart. I remember watching all the fun cooking videos with Rabbit and seeing him enjoy being in the moment. Rabbit is a good dude and I wish him well.
It breaks your heart because you're seeing a man who is truly tired. Tired of everything, tired of life. It's a really sad thing to see.
I feel like drugs stole rabbits spirits. He’s a shadow of his former self. Easily my favorite person of all the characters on aps.
As a long time watcher of this show, I'll admit rabbit has always been my favorite person in this channel. Rabbit has always been a straight shooter and a good hard worker. He seems very content with his life right now and that's great to see. Not everyone needs materials to make you happy and at peace. Hope he continues to prosper.

Personally I'd just like to hear from him, I don't care if he is using and being chased by the mob, or if he's in school to become a priest. Just good hearing from people. I'd hope he's okay, I just wonder if it's that pressure that made him feel less inclined to talk. Or he could just be worried he's going to find stuff out that he doesn't want shared online, which is perfectly understandable.

I don’t know if Danny and Joe could really truly reconcile… that was some rough stuff there at the end of that saga. I hope Danny is doing well up in the state he’s in. Homie went through a lot but he also put a lot of others through a lot too.

I lost my son right when I found APS and it was right around the rabbit saga.... When I lost you too joe it was a rough week. Seeing you come back has been one kinda comforting part of what I hope is an upswing period. Glad to have you back joe 💕
From a personal point I know his gf had a little girl. He had contact with my best friend Susie for awhile. I found his most recent Facebook to let him know that my best friend passed away, which was a year and a half ago. Hope all is well with him.

I will always remember your shock at the gifts mailed to you that you would open in Joes kitchen Rabbit- you were shocked people cared to send you things you never had before and you deserve a life like that Rabbit. I doubt if Rabbit or Joe will ever see this but maybe I just have to put this out there...for myself. I am struck by the way both of these guys have grown in very similar ways. Rabbit has been on his own road, fueled by a lifetime of being hurt and of hurting others. You can see he is guarded, retrospective and wiser. But he's finally realizing there is a peace that comes from helping others. So, his perspective on life has changed for the better. That's today. I hope that's tomorrow, too. Joe has also grown wiser. When you get as old as I am, 2 years is nothing. Both men have made incredible changes in that time. Both men have learned that even the best of intentions mean nothing if there is no internal learning. I read where people want to talk crap about Joe, but I would like any one of you to be in his situation and do better. He was doing his best for what he knew at the time. Think about it. He gets out of prison, follows his dream, creates the first after prison show, has more money thrown at him in a short time than most of us will ever see, and immediately thinks he can save others. Luckily, Joe found the right woman. Joe is learning that he can't force people down the path that he sees fit. Right or wrong, he has always put his soul on the line. So, Joe, too, is now understanding life from a different perspective. He is growing just like Rabbit, each at their own pace. I'm thankful to see both of them. All steps in the right direction are positive steps. By positive, I mean, learning this...Do unto others as you would want done unto you. It was right when written in the bible and it's still right now. Congratulations to both men.

What I respect about Rabbit is no matter how self destructive his behavior may get, he doesn't drag others into it by conning, stealing etc.

I'm really surprised and glad to see Joe actually able to recognize and admit that maybe all he was doing 5-6 years ago was somewhat more harmful than helpful to different individuals. As a long time watcher, like Dave's first video with the cast, it was a major thing that put me off watching for a long time. Watching Joe just shove a camera into everything generally leading down a non beneficial path even though most of the community was so supportive was just painful to watch. It came from the RUclips landscape of chasing views when that's not exactly what the message of the show originally was.

I unfortunately have experience with addiction & the struggle is never ending. My whole personality & socializing with others relys 100% on my D.O.C. When i dont have any i feel lost, depressed, antisocial & helpless. I feel like I can relate a lot with rabbit & I only hope he can find peace..whatever that may mean. Just because someone is an addict doesn't mean they're a garbage human. I think the old Joe had this perception. Rabbit seems like a genuine guy. Addiction sucks.. for everyone including the user.
Joe we all saw how much love you have for Rabbit over the years , as well all do. You truly tried to help him out . The thing I learned is you can't help someone who doesn't want help, he wasn't ready then. I just hope he's willing to take help now .

Joe brother, I had tears in my eyes through most of this video. Some were happy, some were sad. Its tough seeing rabbit that way, but was absolutely pumped at the fact he was in front of your camera. Rabbit brother, I'm glad your hanging in there. I felt and seen alot of emotions that your were putting off. I see the hurt, the ups, the downs. I get it I've been there, in fact im still there too. The fact your happy with where you are and that you feel your at your best and where you should be is all that matters. I see alot of people saying Rabbit seems standoffish, but what I see is a man who is at peace. I see a man who no longer has anything to prove to anyone but himself. He isn't putting on a show for Joe or us like he was before. This is the real Rabbit. Before he was trying to keep Joe in his pocket and the help rolling in. It was all song and dance. This is a better version of him in my honest opinion. Rabbit and Dave are my 2 favorite people from APS, and seeing Rabbit being his own man right now makes me incredibly happy. God bless you Rabbit. Man Joe, I lived for your content! I hope you don’t see your channel as a failure at all! Look at all these ppl commenting! Truly was a nice treat to see you on RUclips again! And so glad to see rabbit. As for all the comments on his demeanor, first of all, didn’t anybody notice how he winced when he shifted in chair! His knee or leg was killing him! He looked bummed out bc he was in physical pain. He didn’t have to do the interview, not evn for a few dollars bc he worked for Joe painting the day b4. He said he smoked weed. And did anyone notice the wedding band he was wearing? I think he just wasn’t having the best day, happens to us older ones far as the physical aches and pains. But wanted to give Joe the interview.
Joe, the biggest thing you can do to help is just saying hello to him and having a normal conversation with him. The opposite of addiction is connection and tough love does not work. I'm not saying to hand them money either. Just treat them like a friend with a health problem and show him you care.

Rabbits are allusive I have 1 in my front and backyard and so hard to catch lmao They come run up to 30 miles per hour fast little critters
I myself just got out of mdoc in Michigan I was convicted of delivery and manufacturing and just did 28 months and life is a struggle soon as you leave lotta toxic old friends all sudden wanna come back around I was an addict for 23 years and am now 2 1/2 years sober so anyone can do it if I can after that many years keep your head up rabbit

great seeing a video like this. rabbit was always one of my favorite people you brought into your channel, it sucked that a couple years ago, things took a not so great turn when he ended up relapsing back into old habits. really hope rabbit can find peace within himself and maybe rekindle some good, old friendships while he still has time on this world of ours.
