Let's also remember that iPhone 6 is brand new, and the HTC one M8 is 7 months old, effectively rendering it last year's model in terms of when it was developed. I have the M8 and I have to say I've never held a better piece of kit. The camera, despite the lower megapixel count, with the right settings could easily outweigh the iPhone's. In my opinion there's no better option if your looking for a new phone, that is until the M9 comes out, probably around next February.
If you like something then u cant find any mistakes in it but if you don't you'll find plenty....that is what's happening with this guy he likes iPhone 6 so he won't complain at all...
I dont think the guy has used htc m8 cas if he used it he knows htc is more snappier scrolling is more smoother the laggy iphone scrolling also IR blaster and 2 GB ram ,screen itself is more snapier with better viewing angles and also HTC sound dual speaker also the build quality is better if you drop it once or twice it does not bend like iphone or cracks screen.
The HTC is more snappy, I do agree. But the iPhone has an advantage simplicity. The HTC (Like all androids) has a lot of settings, something I have not preferred. My mom has an Htc m8 and I have an iphone 5s. Both of which are great phones depending on your uses :). And yes Android products are superior in different ways, I call this one a tie. (and I know they are showing an iPhone 6 and not a 5s like I pointed out, but they are about the same.).
AceDoesPvP More settings are good, it just means you have more control over your phone. If you can't find a setting there is a search button where you can search for it.
Jonathan Li Yeah... fact! Fact is the iPhone has mono sound coming out from the back. Loudness has nothing to do with sound quality. The front speakers of the m8 are stereo and of substantially better quality. You need to google the definition of the word "fact".
Do you have both devices? I agree that stereo is significantly better than mono if the spears units are of the same quality and we don't have any deaf ear. M8 produces warm stereo sound but it is lack of clarity and paunchiness that the mono speaker from iPhone 6 and 6 plus can produce.
Jonathan Li I don't have both, but have daily access to both at work and I have to disagree with you on this. The htc stood out the first time I used it mainly because of its speakers.
The HTC One M8 was HTC's flagship for 2014. The iPhone 6 was Apple's flagship for 2014. The Galaxy S5 was Samsung's flagship for 2014. It is still 2014. Stop saying the flagships are old.
Gomary Sita what are you talking about ? The device IS older. Nobody said anything about it being old. A lot of technology and advancements can be made in 6 months, especially in the mobile industry. You should know how fast it moves, unless you have an iPhone jk lol. But There is a difference between 'old' and 'older' here.
Gomary Sita It's simple fact, the HTC M8 was released much earlier than the iPhone 6, therefore the technology it uses is _not_ as up to date. That's why it's even more worrying that the iPhone 6 isn't much more advanced... it means Apple knows it can cut corners and _still_ charge their users a premium price. Simply because they know they'll pay it.
The explanation of the chips could have been better imo. 64 bit adds a small performance boost, but the larger part of it is how wide the A7 and A8 cores are, they have the largest instruction width on mobile so far until Nvidia Denver hits, and a whole host of other architectural changes that makes their per-core performance above even much higher clocked S801 chips. They lose out in multicore, but imo one to two execution threads performance is still more important than four. On the other hand, try the ART runtime, I find that brings their snappiness much closer.
They are suppose to be having a event on Oct 8th rumours are pointing to it being a updated HTC one m8 with a 13 mp camera and a slight screen increase
I actually think that the Ultrapixel I is smart, considering it dominates most phones in low light. All they need to do is increase the pixels and they would have the best smartphone camera (excluding Windows)
Travis McCormick I beg to differ. My HTC One M7 takes horrible low light pictures, the photos turn out purple in low light photos even with flash. Im ditching my M7 for Iphone 6 :^)
Jonathan Haddad Well I'm going off of my M8 and tech reviewers. But if that's the case, and you really want the iPhone 6,go for it. I love the M8, but the iPhone is good too
Jonathan Haddad That's a genuine shame, not had a single problem with my M8 or issues with low light. In fact I've been using my M8 to take pictures of whiteboards so that I can read what's on them later... something I have issues with on higher megapixel phones.
*Premium to iPhone / HTC users means metal / aluminum frames and build, to Samsung their processing speeds, and to other Android / Windows OEMs are fluidity. Does it make a difference what a phone is made out of if you have a case?*
I bought the HTC One M8 in 2015,at first I was very disappointed with the camera but after playing with it for over a week I finally had it taking great quality pictures,I really have no complaints with the camera, actually I'm not even thinking about replacing it for the M9,I'll keep the M8 all the way until 2016.
Owned the iPhone 5s 32gb model for a year in a half and been owning an HTC ONE M8 since launch day. Overall I'm having an awesome experience. I can't go back to iPhone just yet.
To be perfectly honest, I'm an apple junkie. But I'm not really into the iPhone 6. Still, it's a new product and I feel that I need it. But with the M8 im quite confused as to which is the better deal. I'm full aware of the specs and cam difference but will I be able to get used to the switch in UI when I get the HTC? help me out here
I was a little sad when I first got the m8 like a week after it came out, because the software was pretty buggy somtimes. But with a few new updates its all great now. I have no regrets, and I would recomend it.
If it wasn't for the camera I would have probably purchased the HTC M8, that is a serious deal breaker for a lot of people including me. Im glad though, it has forced me to wait on the Note 4 which I played with today for the first time at best buy and it absolutely blew me away!
Kevin Lendyll Aquino I meant that I am really happy with my G3. I had before a SGS3. The screen and overall performance is Awesome of the G3. I can't say sth about the stock launcher tough because I am using the nova launcher prime. In addition the camera is also really great. QSlide apps and the standard LG keyboard are really enjoyable too. The akku live is relatively long. I would say I am a heavy use and my day goes from 5am to about 10pm. At the end I always have like 10% left but with a on screen time of about 5-5 and a half hours.
My decision towards android actually all comes down to being customizable. The htc m8 does look better than the iphone to me but really they both perform very well. But android can be customized a ton vs the iphone is bare minimum.
I'm really torn between the iPhone 6 and the HTC One M8. I currently have the iPhone 4s (among other Apple products that have worked very well for me) and I'm wondering if the HTC will make me as happy as the iPhone 4s did. I used to own the HTC desire awhile back and the battery life was horrible. Please help... Especially if you're an serious iPhone user who may have switched.
Itvisnt just dual speakers it has true stereo sound so you get better depth in music and movies plus there probably a virtual surround sound setting or app for even better effect.
it could be HTC is a great phone too, but i guess apple's headset is not low quality either though and im playing music in normal volume... i dont want to destroy my eardrum :)
William Franz Sy Quality & volume are not related, if the HTC M8s headset gets a higher score on sound quality... it's better quality at every volume level. :'3
You know what pisses me off ? How literally every other brand of phone uses the same charger except iphone. You guys really think you're that special? Like seriously? Literally every other brand decided it was time to go universal, but just like their customers they need to be different and unique. Apple is like the kanye west of phones. Arrogant and greedy. It's not like Apple doesn't make enough already selling 3 thousand dollar computers, but they needed that extra profit from having a different charger. Greedy bastards.
I have am HTC M8. I would like to buy an Iphone 6 but I will miss so many things. I am using my phone a lot. I am sharing a lot. With htc (or whatever android ) I can share a link with almost every app but with IOS I can only share on mail, Facebook and Twitter ( at least this are the only options on my iPad mini). So I love them both but I will stick with M8
Android Phones automatically have an advantage over all IOS and Windows because of something called rooting! By rooting you can make an old android phone last 4 years and still run like new by using custom roms with smaller ram requirements , using custom kernels that help prolong battery and etc, everyone with an iphone knows they get bored as fuck after a year as well as the phone becoming laggy. My HTC M7 which came out in the 1st quarter of 2013 runs faster than both these phones because i'm running a custom rom that is lighter on my RAM and
reapermax0 no its not jailbreaking an iphone gives you a little more access than an unrooted android most the things you could already do and besides android is an open source OS its not even close
With the One M8 android is finally catching up to the smoothness and polish the iPhone has had as an advantage for quite some time. One thing that I find glaringly bad still though is the HTC keyboard. Its horribly inaccurate when i've typed on it which would drive me nuts.
Apple for life. The simplicity and the performance of Apple devices is something no other device can provide. They're fast, fluid and better in every way while after having my hands on android for several months I found out most of the apps lag in android no matter what your phone's configuration is, obviously because android is a large database with billions of phones taking advantage whereas apple has their phones designed to run their own apps, hence when it comes to performance nothing else beats them.
Unfortunetely your first statement pretty much makes the rest unvaluable as it says ur an apple fanboy... also your arguments are not that great and not even true. Android is way faster and less laggy. iPhones get old after a couple of months of usage and i have an s3 for 2 years now and its still faster than friends' phones with iphone 4s'
Apple is dumb I had a 5s. I updated it then everything was gone. Never going back to that unreliable piece of garbage. Android for life. Btw the lollipop update for the HTC one m8 beats the iPhone 6 by a lot.
You neglected to mention the M8's 60fps video which beats the iPhone6 right away. I don't think you own an M8 or maybe you just haven't used one very much.
Ya and the iPhone will break if you try to un bend it and the HTC one will be better cause the new iPhone is 2 years old technology and HTC is better it was released last year isheeps are paying 800 dollars for something that was made 2 years ago smh
Its funny how everyone says iphones are 2 years old, yet they win in every geekbench score against its android counterparts. You have to realize that specs arent everything, but how everything works together in the phone. Androids are good during the first week or two, then it becomes a laggy piece of shit. Ive had my 5s for exactly 1 year, and I still havent had any problems.
bulletz4life how would you know about android at all then if you have an iPhone seriously android is only laggy on Samsung and that's TouchWiz not android
Have the M8. Like the phone quite a bit, but there are days when I miss the smooth, fluidity of the iPhone 5. Stutters and lags can be annoying when they rear their head. I have to restart the phone at least once every two or three days to clear it up. Would go for months without shutting off the iPhone and would see no slowing of its performance. Id guess the iPhone 6 is even better.
I know where you coming from. I just just recently jumped ship myself from an iPhone 5,to HTC one m8 windows edition. The iPhone 5 felt smooth as butter always quick to react while the m8 has frozen on me at least two times since I got it. But so what I don't need perfect technology. I am not looking back. Maybe I will take a oeak at the iPhone 7 but other than that I am sticking with this m8. What version you have? Windows or android?
get things like themed its an amazing app it changes the lock screen and makes it look awesome it basically does what jailbroken iPhones do and makes it look customisable and you can do what you want
did anyone else remember the hard lagginess on the m8 during the videoplayback at 3:23 to 3:55 especially (is this written so im'm german^^) when the tanks coming into the scene or the helicopter ?
I always had a android device. mostly htc because of their build quality and the nice look of sense. but last year i wanted to test an iphone, just for the reason that no one can call me an android fanboy and many of my friends told me to not try it. that it'snot worth it. so yeah, i will stay with my HTC One and OnePlus One ;D (and sorry for my english)
The Camera Lense has Saphire on it so it is not a big deal. Research my friend, research. Why I do not see the Kyocera Brigadier on here, it is the only phone that has a FULL display with Saphire.
what might make the iphone lag in certain situations is not its dual core cpu(i could go in to detail here but i wont)..but its limited memory(1GB or ram in 2014-2015 is a kind of low..)long story short they increased the resolution but kept the same amount of ram as the 5s.
***** ooh good argument, snappy, and informed....... please list the "features" present, and lacking compared to both phones, relevant to the average phone user... GO
people love my photos on my M8. most of my friends are photographers and none of them know what exactly i'm shooting with, but i get a fair amount of positive comments on my M8 photos. it isn't bad at all in my opinion. i agree if they pump the ultra pixels from 4 to 8, maybe even more. it would boggle minds. a lot of people just cannot give in to 4 pixels. it's absurdity to them. but i have a DSLR so it doesn't matter. the M8 as a whole in one word is.. quintessential.
Hey guys! Im looking to get a new phone soon (currently a Samsung user) ive been looking at a lot of reviews but I just seem to become more confused. My sister has the iphone 6 and it looks so good but im just not sure. With my Samsung I hate all the pre installed apps that you get that you can't un install and as a music lover I hate that you have to unlock the phone to change your music. I can't decide whether to get the M8, S5 or the iphone 6. PLEASE HELP!!
No you'll never forgive yourself going from a larger screen if you take a lot of pictures then Yea but if you watch a lot of videos and listen to a lot of music stick to the m7
Armando Gomez hmm guess youre right ill have to think about it -.- i listen to alot of music but i dont take so many pictures with my phone... ItsThough to dicide...
Atrás Da Máscara you should... granted you are sacrificing the screen size, but if you are listening to music, Music management is so easy on iTunes and the iPhone gives you a nice flat sound unlike the bass heavy ..no mids at all sound of HTC
Atrás Da Máscara That question is the same as asking someone if they're gay. So no, don't. If you like music, the HTC one has built in beats and everything about it is better: design, sound, even camera, etc.
I don't know why would anyone compare htc m8 with iPhone 6 both are two different phones with different hardware and software specs. I have both and I wont switch one for another both are best in their own right you cant go wrong with either device it is only a matter of liking what os and features a user prefers.
Nice vid.. its funny how Apple is always behind and still doesnt deliver. Htc is already on to the next and Iphone is barely moving. Really a camera that gets scratched every time you set the phone down..wtf?
It's sapphire crystal, that means the only way to scratch the lens is with diamond or sapphire, so no putting it down any where wont scratch the camera lens.
i just broke my iPhone 6 and I can get the htc one m8 for 120$, should i go for it or save up for the htc 10 or samsung s7? (I'm gonna be using my next phone for at least 8 months)
Some facts about iPhone 6 Has unimpressive screen to body ratio (the Nexus 5 fits a 5-inch screen in this size of a body) We would take a bigger battery than a thinner phone any day No microSD slot No user-replaceable battery Curved corners make it more slippery and easier to drop than the iPhone 5S No 32GB version, users forced to upgrade all the way to 64GB (which is cheaper this year, but a 32GB version should have been even cheaper or even standard) Protruding camera lens makes the phone wobble if you don't have a case on Camera is still merely 8MP four years in a row (granted, it's getting better with every new generation) No 4K video and video sound is still mono Lacks the optical image stabilization of the iPhone 6 Plus No enhanced resistance to liquids or dust Offers the same display pixel density fourth year in a row NFC functionality limited to Apple Pay only No FM radio No Infrared port No wireless charging No stereo speakers No USB Mass Storage mode, iTunes required for file transfers Rather pricey without carrier subsidies
Let's face it, it really doesn'tMatter so much about the way the phone looksbecause 90% of people put covers on them.I like the way my iPhone looks without a case, but I don't walk around without one.Next phone will be in HTC!I like the idea of the speaker set up.
TheAfnanChannel True...I mean a lot of touch screen phone battery sucks or at least it last longer then other's like my iPhone 6 I just got rid of it for M8 and trying it and so far battery is okay but I got car charger and what not so oh well.....I mean only phone good battery is Blackberry and flip phones those kind of phones. Lol
lol yeep! my old nokia phone lasted like what? a week! but ever since i started using touchscreen phone , no matter which phone i used it lasted 1-2 day and thats MAX
wait for HTC one M9 coming out this 1st March with better camera 20MP and 4K video. with octa core 64bit CPU. 3Gb RAM. bigger battery. iphone 6s or 7 needs to play catch up game here.
Aww really? I just got the HTC M8 tho.. Oh well I can't keep up with all this expensive hobbies of phones. I just get a new phone when I use it long enough I just got rid of my 6 and got M8. I don't know and I was gonna get Sony Xperia some people told me not to tho..=./
Nexus 6 or should I keep this bad ass phone? IMO. I was a iPhone for years and I was like man this HTC ONE M8 is so clean and the specs is good and almost or bout the same as the other Androids right now. I mean of course Nexus 6 will win partial or the specs due being newer....Any newer phone will be better but damn I've got a case, car charger, etc for my HTC now this Nexus 6 since lolipop if HTC gets it game over.....no matter what the best and I had the LG G3 battery sucks like the G1/G2, sidekicks.
Samsung galaxy Note 4 is better then nexus 6 and any android phone on the market. It will blow every single phone put together out of the water. Best phone hands down
The 8mp camera is only better for zooming in while/after taking photos. For everything else the one one M8 is more than enough (plus it has a much richer feature set)
I have M8 since 2 weeks. This 4mp camera takes decent pictures, their quality can be simply described as sufficient (better than SGS4's 13mp camera imo, but worse than the latest SGS5's 16mp camera). It's true that the vids are a little bit shaky due to the lack of a stabilizer, but the quality is still good, while the sound in the vid is fantastic (it must have a great microphone). It also has a very cool "Panorama 360" feature, which allows you to take several pictures around you and then review them like you were in a sphere by moving your phone around you - looks absolutely awesome, just like you were playing a FPP video game. It also has "Zoe" mode, which allows you to take short vids, haven't used this feature much yet. There is also a 5mp front facing "selfie" camera. You have tons of special effects in the menu. The "U-focus" feature that allows you to change the focus point together with the "3D effect" on each picture (both are available thanks to the 2nd depth camera) - are more of a showoff features rather than useful ones. I would happily trade the depth camera over a much more useful stabilizator. The phone takes pictures almost immediately, so there will no problem with catching something on the screen within few seconds. If you want high quality pictures - go and get Sony Xperia Z1 or Z2. Or just a professional camera.
I don't understand why people have to argue about iphone and android phones. If u love iphone or android just accept the fact that those two phones have their own speciality. No one are perfect and no smartphones are perfect. So start accepting and stop arguing. It's useless and waste of your time fighting over this..
I work for Verizon wireless, they gave me an m8 for 3 months which I still have today, I bought the iphone 6 with my own money.. I returned the iphone 6 2 days ago.. can't explain it but the iphone is slow and the camera only looks amazing on Facebook or Instagram..... Blow up any photo on HTC iphone Samsung on a big screen and you'llsee Samsung has them both beat. Nokia has Samsung beat with camera department. Which makes iphone years old. So many people buying Apple these days... Enjoy your new iPhone.... But there's better cheaper phones out there IMO.
You forgot to mention the flashlight feature, which if I say so myself is damn good for a phone. This video makes me realise I made a choice over the iPhone.
Let's also remember that iPhone 6 is brand new, and the HTC one M8 is 7 months old, effectively rendering it last year's model in terms of when it was developed. Yeah, and the M9 will fuck the iPhone up
Yeah. I have an m7 and I love it it is perfect in every way.

beratalbania Maybe English isn't his first language, genius.
This dude really said that the iPhone 6 matches up to the M8 in sound. Gtfo.
Hahaha lol the guy was probaly paid to say that
Sasa Curcija I had both devices, iPhone 6 actually sounds cleaner and louder. Fact!!!

iphone can transform into iPhone curve whereas m8 can't.
HAHAHHA ... LOL :D :D
LoL
CM PUNK
Hahaha nice
why do all android phones with quad core processors + gpus lag during graphic benchmarks?!?!?!
Because iphone is running lower resolution .... 750p vs 1080p ..
thats why the iphone is always better, optimization is so great
bobby4500 iphone is shitter. Cuz he have all the things that nexus 4 used in 2012 :D
kushal panjabi when Steve Jobs died, iphone became a parody of android phones
kushal panjabi exactly
So the iPhone only really wins in Camera and processor? Which is natural. The HTC One is 6 months older.
Camera yes hardware definitely no
Just note that the audio quality on the M8 is incredible. It sounds almost exactly as it originally sounds even at loud concerts.

I honestly can't believe that he said that the iphone 6 is as much as good as HTC M8 😒
the htc is much better than iphone, clearly
Not really.
Not at all
+Maya Naziri Okay Fanboy....but its clearly not(Unless you consider current pricing)
I've tried them all and the One m8 is right up there, the only one that comes close is the iPhone 6
@@HimanshuJagtap wrong very wrong

Wait for the htc m9
I have a choice of an iPhone 6 or a HTC One M8 what do you suggest?!
The Iphone 6 does not have digital Image Stabilization like you said at 6:02 . It's the Iphone 6 plus with that feature. Good video overall
Nice comparison John V. Thanks! :)

Z3? Out of the other two.. I would say m8... Mainly because of better battery performance...

This Guy seems to be an apple fanboy 😪....htc cam pulls out pants of iphone...N design wise htc luks ALOT better dan i6
Both are snappy, the camera is the only feature that is better on the iphone 6. But HTC One has boomsound, dont need more reasons to get and m8.
its also 150 for 32gb of ram and expandable up to 128 gb
I'd rather play my music via headset it is more discreet in public and it wont annoy other people... lol
William Franz Sy htc's headset quality is rated higher at phone arena .com
it could be HTC is a great phone too, but i guess apple's headset is not low quality either though and im playing music in normal volume... i dont want to destroy my eardrum :)
Greedy bastards.
i barely noticed a difference in the camera on both besides some saturation in the m8
2:47 "...and the layout of the home sqween"
Cheers Jeff.
kinda thinking of trying something new with the HTC one since i've been an iphone user for quiet a while
I have am HTC M8.
My HTC M7 which came out in the 1st quarter of 2013 runs faster than both these phones because i'm running a custom rom that is lighter on my RAM and
Apple has something called, jailbreaking and it is just as good if not better than rooting on android.
reapermax0 no its not jailbreaking an iphone gives you a little more access than an unrooted android most the things you could already do and besides android is an open source OS its not even close
Pretty sure the lag is just on the android department cause my buddy still has his iPhone 4 and still runs the same as new.
Paul Fulgencio Totally agree with you.
Paul Fulgencio my galaxy s too which i have since 2009....no lag at all eventhough it is an android phone...
Can you switch phones with a plan, if so, how much??
The NFC Chip on the iPhone 6 can only be used for Apple Pay u like the one on the M8 which can be used for tons of things.
With the One M8 android is finally catching up to the smoothness and polish the iPhone has had as an advantage for quite some time. One thing that I find glaringly bad still though is the HTC keyboard. Its horribly inaccurate when i've typed on it which would drive me nuts.
Nice review it seems that apple still gives a fight to the competitors although they seem to have on paper a better hardware
Gay
Can you add 128 GB micro SD cards? No. To the HTC One M8? YES
Did you use the iPhone 6 plus or iPhone 6
forget the phones how to get shirt?
What was that cover what you was using on htc one m8?? And i know that i am not good at english but please i would like to know.
You neglected to mention the M8's 60fps video which beats the iPhone6 right away. I don't think you own an M8 or maybe you just haven't used one very much.
I the iPhone 6 will bend way better than HTC one. IPhone 6 for the win. Lol
Rehman Ahmed the only device I own that lags is my iPad 3. I paid a lot of money for that thing I thought it would be better..
deecoop0351 well it's two years old it happens.
How much did Apple pay this guy
Lol
+Argjend Mučaj nahhh... apple might have threatened him :-p
Nice to see Son Gokou once again...
Android. I might jump back to the iPhone. Going to wait to see how Android 5 lollipop runs on M8.
You might want to try windows 8.1 on the m8. Blows IOS out of the water.
I've tried windows. Didn't really dig it. Thanks for the replies. Hope you have a good Christmas
Hey did you know that the iPhone can bend under a limbo bar now that's really a feature.
htc speakers are as good as beats
So there shit?
+Fall3nAngel 1 no cos beats aren't shit 😑
+Jayden C there are much better headphones out there for much cheaper (audio technical)
+Fall3nAngel 1 yeah but that's not the point, HTC speakers are beats quality, that's all I need to say.
Too bad beats suck and owned by apple
Just switched from HTC One to iPhone 6. I have to say the overall experience feels much more fluent and enjoyable.
great review, bro!
How do you get different home screens for the HTC one m8? Like different ui I'm barely beginning to use android so bare with me.
Download some launchers from play store
get things like themed its an amazing app it changes the lock screen and makes it look awesome it basically does what jailbroken iPhones do and makes it look customisable and you can do what you want
Are you on jersey city ?
did anyone else remember the hard lagginess on the m8 during the videoplayback at 3:23 to 3:55 especially (is this written so im'm german^^) when the tanks coming into the scene or the helicopter ?
and those yellow lightened images on low light pics
I always had a android device. mostly htc because of their build quality and the nice look of sense.
but last year i wanted to test an iphone, just for the reason that no one can call me an android fanboy and many of my friends told me to not try it. that it'snot worth it. so yeah, i will stay with my HTC One and OnePlus One ;D
(and sorry for my english)
The iphone6+ is the one with the optical image stabilization not the regular one
which one should i get iphone 6 or HTC one m8 please help!!!
M8
check your compressor on the voiceover
What if i told you that the 64bit processor makes no difference on the iphone
Help me.. Which should i buy Iphone6 or HTC one m8 ?
By htc one m9
Miljan Vinkovic Why?
Miljan Vinkovic and yes i bought htc m9 :D
What is Quarton?
Ok I have to ask... how the hell did you get a black M8?
It's the Sprint Harmon/Kardon edition. Oh and if you see a red version of it, probably will be a Verizon edition
it's the Harman/Kardon edition
I have an iPhone 5c should I trade it for an m8 or keep my iPhone
Trade for the m8, you surely won't be disapointed!! :D
ofc trade this piece of shit for the m8
I thought phone cameras are just used for snap chat nowadays LOL.
Yes, but you know how Apple like to gouge on memory costs. An iphone 6 with 2GB of ram would probably retail for $1600!
iPhone 6! Obviously
***** ooh good argument, snappy, and informed....... please list the "features" present, and lacking compared to both phones, relevant to the average phone user... GO
have u ever used the htc one (M8),probably not fucking isheep
people love my photos on my M8. most of my friends are photographers and none of them know what exactly i'm shooting with, but i get a fair amount of positive comments on my M8 photos. it isn't bad at all in my opinion. i agree if they pump the ultra pixels from 4 to 8, maybe even more. it would boggle minds. a lot of people just cannot give in to 4 pixels. it's absurdity to them. but i have a DSLR so it doesn't matter. the M8 as a whole in one word is.. quintessential.
I really enjoy my m8 I can't wait for the m9 to come out
the better the perfomance and one m8 in desing and materials meet specifications not like the samsung with its touchwiz unstable layer
The HTC One M8 is an awesome phone. Doesn't bend like the iPhone either!
PLEASE HELP!!
m9 in 4 months
they are all great but don't get the galaxy s5 if you don't like the pre installed apps
Should i exchange my htc one(m7) with the iphone 5s?
I'll be honest using an iPhone 5s now best for listening to music in my car
Atrás Da Máscara That question is the same as asking someone if they're gay. So no, don't. If you like music, the HTC one has built in beats and everything about it is better: design, sound, even camera, etc.
I don't know why would anyone compare htc m8 with iPhone 6 both are two different phones with different hardware and software specs. I have both and I wont switch one for another both are best in their own right you cant go wrong with either device it is only a matter of liking what os and features a user prefers.
Observe isheeps....this is where the design from your new beloved phone came from
Nice vid.. its funny how Apple is always behind and still doesnt deliver. Htc is already on to the next and Iphone is barely moving. Really a camera that gets scratched every time you set the phone down..wtf?
It's sapphire crystal, that means the only way to scratch the lens is with diamond or sapphire, so no putting it down any where wont scratch the camera lens.
tbh iphone is just a overprice stuff :| i change to htc one for sure
I live in Brazil, here the iphones are too expensive, and it's to hard to get :-(
the iPhone 6 don't have the camera 3D option.
If you want big look at the 6 plus
Do a Lumia 1520 vs iPhone 6+
Is it bad for me to go from IPhone 6 to HTC One M8
I'm going from a 6s to a M8
how did that work out?
Good! I really liked the M8!
i just broke my iPhone 6 and I can get the htc one m8 for 120$, should i go for it or save up for the htc 10 or samsung s7? (I'm gonna be using my next phone for at least 8 months)
also, how is the user interphase compared to the iPhone? thanks
Some facts about iPhone 6
Has unimpressive screen to body ratio (the Nexus 5 fits a 5-inch screen in this size of a body)
We would take a bigger battery than a thinner phone any day
No microSD slot
No user-replaceable battery
Curved corners make it more slippery and easier to drop than the iPhone 5S
No 32GB version, users forced to upgrade all the way to 64GB (which is cheaper this year, but a 32GB version should have been even cheaper or even standard)
Protruding camera lens makes the phone wobble if you don't have a case on
Camera is still merely 8MP four years in a row (granted, it's getting better with every new generation)
No 4K video and video sound is still mono
Lacks the optical image stabilization of the iPhone 6 Plus
No enhanced resistance to liquids or dust
Offers the same display pixel density fourth year in a row
NFC functionality limited to Apple Pay only
No FM radio
No Infrared port
No wireless charging
No stereo speakers
No USB Mass Storage mode, iTunes required for file transfers
Rather pricey without carrier subsidies
What the case?
Isheep frfr
Let's face it, it really doesn'tMatter so much about the way the phone looksbecause 90% of people put covers on them.I like the way my iPhone looks without a case, but I don't walk around without one.Next phone will be in HTC!I like the idea of the speaker set up.
The iPhone loses, because of freaking warping!
And now, test it with HTC One (M8 Eye) :)
Front facing speakers, long battery, 1080p 5" screen, android vs very good camera, iOS, touchID
You decide.
long battery? nah ...the battery sucks on both phone
my m8 dosen't even last for 12 hours
well im a heavy user though
TheAfnanChannel True...I mean a lot of touch screen phone battery sucks or at least it last longer then other's like my iPhone 6 I just got rid of it for M8 and trying it and so far battery is okay but I got car charger and what not so oh well.....I mean only phone good battery is Blackberry and flip phones those kind of phones. Lol
lol yeep! my old nokia phone lasted like what? a week! but ever since i started using touchscreen phone , no matter which phone i used it lasted 1-2 day and thats MAX
Haha yeahhhh Nokia 3390 all day
Comparison like this reminds me how biased some sites can be...So much wrong information
wait for HTC one M9 coming out this 1st March with better camera 20MP and 4K video.
with octa core 64bit CPU. 3Gb RAM. bigger battery.
iphone 6s or 7 needs to play catch up game here.
Aww really? I just got the HTC M8 tho.. Oh well I can't keep up with all this expensive hobbies of phones. I just get a new phone when I use it long enough I just got rid of my 6 and got M8. I don't know and I was gonna get Sony Xperia some people told me not to tho..=./
Fresh2DEEath Deestar Don't worry, your M8 will serve you well for quite a long time.
Thanks, I hope so....
Best phone hands down
What's better 8 megapixel or 4 ultra pixel
HTC ONE M8 is amazing, it's very difficult to choose one of them
YOU are so right,I love my m8 & love my pics, just adjust the settings right & it's good to go!
6:13 the SUV's rims aren't turning lol
Iphone 6 low specs which was meant for such a power operating system passing any high end android phone in performance
His M8 is a special edition (:
The Harmon Kardon edition to be exact.
You forgot to mention the flashlight feature, which if I say so myself is damn good for a phone. This video makes me realise I made a choice over the iPhone.
Hello Ben, what sup
Are you a witness??
Hey man, I am yes. How did you guess?
I saw your comment on play store under Kgraf Daily text app. Do you have any idea when the lite version of the daily text will be upload??
Is there anyway u can send the 2015 daily text app. I can't have it because it is on purchase.
