    Two of these just arrived, and I have played it and it plays and sounds very nice. Great gift item for Christmas. Also this mini trumpet would be great for first year band students, very light weight easy to play and hold. These MINI trumpets are in stock and make wonderful gift trumpets.

    I use a Vincent bach 3C megatone. I'm just wondering which one of your mouthpieces is closest to it? Or which one would you recommend? Thanks for your time.

    My pocket trumpet has a 4inch/10cm bell. Does anybody know who to contact about getting mutes for this smaller sized bell?
    I'm in a weird but wonderful situation where I mostly perform acoustically, backing up 1-2 singer/guitarists strolling amongst diners in small rooms of country inns. I currently use a cornet with a Harman mute, and that seems to be a good volume. Does anybody have any ideas about how I can get a similar mute setup for my pocket trumpet?

    You mention an "HTC" mpc, "jazz" - what is this mpc? I thought it sounded great on the mini pocket trumpet. Thanks.

    If you had the choice between the pocket or the Mini, which trumpet would you pick considering quality, sound, size and price?

    • @HornTrader
      @HornTrader  7 лет назад +1

      Zsombor Czoma I would choose the Pocket ...... the sound is bigger, it comes with a more protective case, and you can fit a full size mutes in the bell. You can get a shiny lacquered pocket for $750 www.horntrader.com/bb-trumpets/78-carolbrass-pocket-trumpet-bb-shiny-lacquer-finish-new-cpt-3000-gls-l.html

    What better sound do I need than that...? Well, I don't know Steve. You could probably play on a diesel truck tail pipe and make it sound great. (:>)

    It can take years, even decades, for many to get the "It's a Small World" earworm out of their head. It's best not to promulgate this awful little song. (Just kidding. But not really.)

      " "It's a Small World" earworm" I do not know that expression,what does that mean???

    • @trainliker100
      @trainliker100 8 месяцев назад +1

      @@Coyotehello An "earworm" is "a catchy or memorable piece of music or saying that continuously occupies a person's mind even after it is no longer being played or spoken about." In other words, something, usually annoying, that you can't stop "hearing" in your mind.

      @@trainliker100 Haha un 'ver d'oreille' it is actually a direct translation. Why didn't figure that one out! Thank you!

      @@Coyotehello That's not too hard for me. My lady friend is French and is better that Google Translate. However, I do see many cases where a U.S. idiom makes no sense to her. I think most every language has idioms, or words used with a meaning outside their usual definition, that make it difficult for people of other languages.
