      @@meadams1558 People consider him a legend cause he is one. If you even know about Ja Rule and his music like that, he's got multiple hits/classic songs and was a heavy spitter when he was with his group Cash Money Click and when he dropped his first album. People stupidly try to clown him for making Pop/R&B records which made him rich and successful. Do people think he was supposed to stay broke and just another good rapper who couldn't make hits and sell albums just to have others say they respect him for not going mainstream and call him underrated. He got rich and had a lot of success off those hits so why do people act like that's a problem or something to diss somebody for. Who didn't make Pop/R&B records all the other legends and G.O.A.T.'s have done the same thing

    Born in 95 and I would say im a hip hop and music connoisseur as a whole. My older brother, sister, and family put me on everything west coast since I was a kid(grew up on the west side of az with my bro and sis being from cali). Respect the game to the fullest. But since I grew to be my own person in high-school around 09. I started looking into everything else on my own. Proud to say I found out school soul, doo wop, old school rock going from the 50s-90s and everything else in between. When I came across east coast 80-90s rap!!! It was the missing piece in between... the sound, the flow, the culture, and everything else in-between. I was brought into the world that created hip hop as a whole. Been hearing this song for about 7 years now but let me tell you something. You know how crazy it is to hear all these top notch voices in one song!!! Just want to take the time and appreciate the moment. Wu tang and nas changed who I am and how i look and live as a person! Music is peace and everything else in between! Thankful for the old cats and the young guns that represent NY like the should (joey bada$$, pop smoke, A$AP) like it should be! Peace God and hope everyone has a blessed day. WU TANG MF!!! QUEENS BRIDGE BITCH!!! SMACK FIRE OUT YA MOUTH!!

      Joe Joe I understand what ur saying and agree however, a lot of these dudes are str8 fruit pops. Wearing tight ass jeans and rocking purses and shit. This generation is mentally weak and entitled. They also don’t believe in anything. There’s no substance in their music because their values and morals are shot. Just my two cents.

    • @wzpu3283
      @wzpu3283 5 лет назад +1

      Yeah well if so, I hold the previous generation responsible anyway; failure to properly imprint the following generation with desirable qualities. You can't shirk your own duty and then blame the guy who shows up to relieve you.

    • @JoeJoe-di4oj
      @JoeJoe-di4oj 5 лет назад +4

      @@wzpu3283as far a rap music is concerned... you obviously don't know real hip hop and the positive messages that were in a lot of the music .that's exactly what I mean... a lot of the younger generation.. not all... but a lot..... never take blame for their own actions but blame others for the quality they put out. Don't get me wrong I like some of it. The newer generation seems to want things easier and faster... so the quality of the music is not the same. and what they put out into the world doesn't hold a lot of meaning or messages behind it. You basically just answered what the problem is... the lack of creativity, the lack of unique originality . Basically in a nutshell the lack of leadership within yourself. Instead you want someone else to Hold Your Hand. And when that doesn't happen you blame others for your lack of understanding.... millennials expect people to give them a hand out or they expect someone to give them something. instead of figuring out a away to make it better. In that case... What are the Millennials doing to pass the torch on for the future generations... we could say the exact same thing about you

    • @JoeJoe-di4oj
      @JoeJoe-di4oj 5 лет назад +1

      @@REGALITY4LIFE yo man i agree with you! A lot of these younger guys couldn't keep up with the error we grew up in... there were certain codes we had morals and we had leadership within Crews that we used to hang with. These younger dudes don't try to form organization. There's no rules and everybody's running wild. I feel like our generation music just has something so much more with the foundation. I'm not saying all older music was great either. But certain artist that I used to listen to used to put out serious messages for the people.
