The Carmageddon video game series was inspired by Death Race 2000, and the 2008 remake of Death Race seems to be inspired by the Twisted Metal series. There's even a Marcus Kane in the sequels(dir to vid), and a couple TM lookalike vehicles. Now there's also apparently a TM tv series too. In Twisted Metal (2012) some of the cars are even Death Race references: Death Warrant, Kamikaze, and Juggernaut are Tombstone, 14K, and Dreadnaught. You can repaint them to resemble the movie cars.
Personally I added some Twisted Metal abilities to my Death Race Mustang. As the Death Warrant in Twisted Metal (2012) is also based on the Death Race Mustang. Nitrous, Jump Jets and EMP Mines. Along with everything we looked at today.

Dude, I completely forgot about the Death Race Mustang. Really cool build. Also, don't forget about the Custom F-100 from The Expendables (2010) and the Koenigsegg Agera R from Need for Speed (2014). I think it's time to see these builds come alive.🏎

now that you're in the arena war cars, would be really cool to see the mad max interceptor next. you can either do the clean or rusty apocalypse variant, or even better you can do both!

You should try and make the delta from evil dead, I think the best vehicle for that would be the greenwood, and with the remote control unit you could also recreate the possessed delta from ash vs the evil dead

@@MichaelMyers689 no they didn't, that's just the closest you can get, since it's a large 70s sedan, and with the Imani tech I thought it would be good references to the show when the delta got possessed

The only thing you would change from that is the "OUTATIME" plate it had, which I did. Otherwise, the stock version is pretty much the same car in the movie.

The day we got this, i immediately got this car and soon realized you could create this and it hasn’t changed since. Absolutely blows my mind they made this possible. Such a worth it build
Pro tip if you’re using this for arena war, drop the tombstone. This will make you a smaller target as any damage it takes while still attached to your car will make it easier for that person to kill you.
(You’d think it would give you some resistance to gunfire but ig not)

2 things I want to mention DCA to add to what you said in the video
For those who want to name it but still keep it movie accurate even with a custom name you should name it “the monster” as that was the car’s name in the movie
And for the window tint the windows were bulletproof 2 way glass meant to allow Jason’s character Jensen to drive as Frankenstein but not have to wear the mask the whole time and still keep up the guide of being frank as well as being able to see where he’s driving
so given that anyone looking into the car would just see their reflection I would personally say limo tint is the best option as you can’t see through the windows with that tint fulfilling the requirement of 2 way glass as closely as possible within the world of gta online
Fun fact: you can also use the Pisswaser Dominator for the Area War conversion if you don't want to look for one on the street

@@holdthisl4469 I don't know what's everyone's situation is, but for me buying that one off southern San Andreas auto website is easier because not only it easily available but it's also free. No need for trade price on a regular Dominator.

The Purple El Dorado from Logan Lucky would be a cool build. You can tell that movie wasn’t filmed in North Carolina cause no one goes to their local Food Lion to get Chinese food from the Chinese place that’s next to EVERY Food Lion
I like when wheelies were available in the arena war dlc for the first time, that was the best thing to happen in GTA Online for the muscle car fans in GTA Online
What about the Delorean from BTTF 3? You could use the Deluxo and get creative putting orange tire smoke for flames, red muscle car wheels with the white walls and painting the secondary color blue to make it look like it’s traveling through time

I'll just say it: we need another Arena War DLC. They should add more cars for it and make more events not located inside the Maze Bank Arena for it. Maybe it would get more people into Arena War again.

Yeah, maybe as well as adding new Arena War cars, they may fix some of the others to be actually good. I'm not exactly holding out hope, given Rockstar's track record, but you never know.

Death Race is one of my favorite racing films and love the post apocalyptic esthetic, next vehicle suggestion, the Magnum Opus from the Mad Max Video Game (since the Magnum Opus can be customized, how about your personal design of how you would make it in the game)
I absolutely love this idea, but I would like to see the Interceptor/Black on Black first as the Magnum Opus, as chum said, is the spiritual successor to it, so why not start with the original

I built a Stubby Bob from Roadkill with the Apocalypse Slamvan and it's pretty fun to rip around, does crazy wheelies especially with 100% boost upgrade, makes for a quirky fun car to bring to LSIA drag races
I tought in the movie Death race was a 2007 Shelby GT 500 because of the wheels , the hood scoop who look similar to the GT 500 and the light covers . And the french version of the movie , the mechanic introduce the car as a Shelby . Great video btw🤘

Strip "The King" Weathers from Cars
Leaving it in the style of Death Race, you can make Pachenko's Impala from Declasse...Implaler🧐, one of the main antagonists of Frankenstein in Death Race!
Speaking of the arena war vehicles can you make the Interceptor from Mad Max
Honestly, I think the Chrono wheels from Sports would look 100% more accurate to the Shelby wheels. They have that negative concave (or whatever you call the spokes popping out) that the Shelby wheels do
After looking at those, it does seem those are kinda close yeah. Lip a bit too big. But yeah, these are also a great option.

I personally chose the Mercie Ch.Lip wheels from the High End category for this build. In my opinion they are good enough when comparing them to the real ones. I hate the skull ornament on the hood but still used it, because of accuracy.

Hey DCA! About the wheels, I personally think the Benefactors in the SUVs class look a lot closer. Even though they don't have the bolts in the middle, the overall shape looks very similar to me. Have you checked them out?

Bit of an out there suggestion that I don't think anyone else would think of, but I'd like to see your take on Malloy's Corvette C2 Convertible from Con Air.
In my opinion for the rims are gonna be sport stock and the chrono.

To remain in mustang theme, you should do the nfs silver with blue stripe mustang from nfs the movie

Ironically the light ram weapon is the exact same ram weapon on Tyrese Gibson’s ram 1500 from the same movie
Since we’re doing area war cars too, the Cerberus can be made to resemble the peterbilt in “Duel”.
I modeled mine black futuristic and nicknamed it "Snaggletooth" after Motörhead's mascot.

They should honestly update the arena war again, there's still so many other games and movies they could get ideas from, but maybe not just update it with new cars and more arena game modes, but maybe add something new entirely

I Star playing a bit after the arena wars update and even if they were never top tier i honestly Start palying for all the mussel Cars in the Arena DlC such beutifull Cars , the Interceptor is My favorite, yet a also love the Frankenstein and the Impala such great Cars and is a shame there hasnt being Cars whit such level and variety in customisation since despite geting great Cars
