Man, this was so heartwarming to watch :D I'm so glad you truly felt like a part of the YG Family, so wholesome and I'm kinda jealous :P I never grew up with K-pop, only discovered BlackPink late 2020 and I'm 36 now. I have tried but failed to get into other groups. That is until watching the whole Pre-debut of BabyMonster. This announcement was a roller coaster of emotions for me. When they first revealed BabyMonster i thought 7 members were too many, even thought of which members to cut. Then as i kept watching and just adoring each member for their talents and feeling protective like over a younger family member i felt guilty for having had those thoughts. So watching this reveal i had ALL the emotions, anger, shame, regret and then finally joy. Then a little bit of anger again for YG putting me through all that :P
Awww you don't need to be jealous.. you are a part of kpop now, you love and support 2 YG groups, you are part of YG fam for being a fan ❤️ Is this your first survival show?? If so you are so lucky to start with this one cuz I started off with Treasure Box which was the survival show under YG that made Treasure and it left me completely destroyed afterwards cuz there was sooo many amazing talented trainees that I loved so much who did not make the group and it broke my heart every time a trainee had to leave. 💔
@@bbdecember_26 Yeah, from what i've heard Treasure Box was pretty brutal. This was my first pre-debut anything, so yeah first survival show too. I've heard of Treasure ofc, but I've never actually listened to any music of them. I think my 90's upbringing and having to listen to western boybands have made me hesitant to check out any of the male groups :P Only thing I've seen so far from any male artist is Taeyang's colab with Lisa, which i really enjoyed.
Including Asa into a Japanese group and Ruka into a Korean (Babymonster) wouldn't have made sense at all because Asa's Korean is way much better than Ruka's...the other way around it would have made more sense. Happy that they're all gonna debut anyway!

it is possible that was recorded recently, but they just had the cards already made before. The last evaluation was about 4-5 months ago, only based on Leejung being blond, which she hasnt been for at least 4 months. And if you notice, he mentiones about all of this being happening for about 4 months, making me think that this one in particular was made more recently.
@D G Yes but if you notice he also says their ages wrong as well. And you're right about the hair. Jennie had red hair during the evaluation which was some time ago.Also I forgot to add Ruka who is now 21.
Good reaction video, your feelings were genuine and so touched. 🤟 In my opinion, YGE promotion team might have scripted it all in this way since the begining. And I guess this evaluation was YG's normal process but portraied into series which were filmed during summer 2022. It seemed he know YG's fans and any audiences would have had reaction of wanting OT7 Babymonster debut at the end. YG was brave enough to reveal these 7 girls publicly from the start and confident enough to let us judge their performances through the Last Evaluation series.
