This video explains how to setup iRVision simulation using FANUC ROBOGUIDE. ROBOGUIDE is a full featured 3D simulation package for FANUC robots. When iRVision simulation is enabled with-in a ROBOGUIDE workcell a user can create virtual iRVision cameras and actually guide the virtual robot using the virtual camera with iRVision. Using iRVision simulation during the engineering phase of any vision guided application can save time and money. 2D, 3DL and 3D Area Sensor all have virtual versions with-in ROBOGUIDE. The virtual cameras can be fixed mounted or robot mounted. Also the 3 Basler cameras supported with iRVision, the acA640-90gm(GigE), the acA1300-30gm(GigE), and the acA640-20um(USB) can all be connected to the PC running ROBOGUIDE and then iRVision can be used to analyze a live image right at your desk! Very handy for testing out lighting and optics for a particular application. Наука
I've got an IR Vision 3D laser system, and we have some boundary conditions in the 2D side of the imaging that are affecting robustness of our picking process.
With the Cognex systems I've used before, I was able to save inspection images and load them in simulation to tune my vision tools. I would save any images that failed because of boundary conditions, and run them through the simulation on a loop, tuning the vision tools until the things that should pass would pass, and the things that should fail would fail.
I used that process to tune some really poorly working inspections, to make them almost bulletproof over the course of a week to a month of collecting my false positives/true negatives. Can you do a video tutorial on how to run saved images offline in simulation?
where i can find more videos like this? very helpful..
Wow amazing, bruce, where did you leanr that?
Very hard to see the information on the Teach Pendant and vision setup screens.
wow
let me know how I can buy how much it costs thanks you
Why are the jump labels 500 and 600 when setting the VR Offset? My jump label fails when I do this
Hello, here is some info from one of our iRVision engineers:
LBL[500] and LBL[600] will have to be created in the program. When doing test program we usually don’t create the labels and the if the vision fails we try to fix it in iRVision and retry. In a real application you can try to take actions automatically when vision fails, like change the exposure through a Vision Override or just post an error indicating the robot needs assistance.

Is possible to get the link for that Exel file?
did you ever find the file?
Send an email to my email shown in the video.
Could you please send me that file on my email, I'm having a problem with my project

The awful audio makes this unwatchable...shame.
