The Cutter at the beginning of the video is called a Guillotine Shear - It's made by Pepetools. It's a great tool but it's really expensive. I also have a couple of bench shears that are around $100... they curl the metal when they cut, but it's easy enough to flatten!
What type of laser printer would I need for this? Would a Cricut work? :) And do you use card stock, for deeper impressions? I assume you’re selling this? Thank you.
Yes we sell our laser paper at www.metaldesignz.com We use a C02 laser to cut the paper. Cricuts are a PAIN to pick out all the little bits and pieces... Thanks!
It's hard to measure... the calipers squish it but it's a couple mm thick. I get it from a bead wholesaler... and offer it on our website. It's better than the foam I tried from hobby lobby or Michaels or amazon. Its inexpensive and help the paper work better!!
Nice video
2 questions... do you reuse the foam and paper?
where did you find the green stacked drawers on the floor?
I refuse the paper if it isnt crushed. I use new foam every roll.. it's super cheap and helps the metal take a deep impression! The drawers are IKEA!
