    Please bring back the full length videos so those of lower socioeconomic class have the same opportunities to a comfortable pregnancy and a better preparation to labour and the months to follow. No one does it like you, Meg. Seriously. Haven’t come across a better instructor in YEARS and you really did help me. I would love to recommend you to others and RUclips would be the best medium! 😢💕

    Hi Megan! I did your workout through my last pregnancy. Now it seems I’m 6 weeks pregnant again.:) I was sooo looking forward to do your videos again,but I see there is only a short version. Sadly I cannot afford to buy them:(( (the price in Hungary is worth more money). If you could upload again the full length I would be so happy to be able to prepare for this birth with your videos, I know it helped a lot last time!! What you do is great, I really look up to your work! Xxx

    Hej Megan,
    Your session is really good! If I can I just have a small detail to point out: take care to your hands when using the arms when you do the exercises laying down on your back : it looks like you tense your hands too much.

    I liked the most part but i had to stop after left leg. I think it would have been a lot better if it was broken down by one position one leg and the other leg then another position. My right side of hip has been hurting due to pregnancy and I just couldnt do so many position at once on one leg without switching so long.

  • @leafside

    Some of these exercises are confusing to me because I saw somewhere else that one isn’t meant to work their abdominals during pregnancy so they don’t tear and separate as the bump grows? Or am I wrong? I would love to do this work out it looks great, but that just worries me a bit? Thank you XX

    • @MegansPilates
      @MegansPilates  4 года назад +1

      No that advice is correct - past the 12-16 week mark. This is why I've split my videos into months. These exercises are for 0-4 weeks of pregnancy - so ideally those hoping to conceive to build more strength to prepare for the coming months. After month 3 there is no abdominal loading in my programs x

    I am used to more tasking exercising like HIIT Cardio, Abs. Though I'm 5weeks pregnant, this feel like scaling down too much. Are there more tasking yet safe pregnancy exercises I can engage in?

    • @MegansPilates
      @MegansPilates  7 лет назад +1

      Genn Architecture congratulations! Unless there are any medical complications the guidelines say that you can continue with your current exercise regime throughout the first trimester.
      This program is designed for those who already enjoy Pilates or would like to start. Pilates is definitely a gentler style of exercise but it is perfect for pregnancy as targets all of the important muscle groups.
      Wishing you all the best. X

    • @MegansPilates

      Hi Maryam, they are focused don toning these exact muscles. Maintaining strength in these areas maintains our posture and form. This will definitely help the appearance of these areas. Best of luck x
