what type and size file does this work for. I'm working on removing black background from a company name logo. File size is 323kb jpg and 90kb png.
Can my Silhouette business gbe downloaded on an apple taplet if I use google for my web browser ?
No Silhouette studio is not web based and does not have a mobile app version. You must be on a computer/laptop

If you are a printing pictures, how or what are your settings to get those really nice photos that are not too dark or washed out?

Hi Robert are you trying to do the exact file? This is not a universal technique. This demo was to show that sometimes it is not just a basic trace and that you may have to do some extra steps. How familiar are you with the tools and functions of Silhouette Studio ?

@@SilaholicsAnonymous yes please and so far all the tutorials I've watched have been very helpful. I've even learned to do a thing or two. But what puzzles me is downloading png images and they still have the background when imported to silhouette studio. I thought they were not supposed to have the background

Hello, Reba. Thank you for watching. This video was made specifically for a group member who was using this exact image. It is meant to demonstrate it can be done and how it can be done.
If you have the exact same image i recommend ⏸️ after each step or watching 1st and writing down the steps and then try it. If you are wanting to remove the background of another image the steps in this video may not be ideal depending on your image. If you have a FB account join our free Group and post a pic of your file to get a better understanding of how to accomplish it.
