Shooting a handgun is one of those things that, probably most people think is going to be a lot easier than it actually is. I know I did anyway. It seems straightforward enough, but there is so much that goes into doing it accurately and efficiently. Videos like this are so important to new shooters, and even veteran ones. Never hurts to brush up on those fundamentals. Sometimes you develop weird little habits that you're not aware of until you go back to basics.

I just took my CCL class on the 13th, and I thought I knew what I was doing, but I learned how to properly grip the gun. Also, I learned I shoot better with my left.

Best training Content on RUclips hands down, please keep it up. I've been training consistently for 10 years and every video I watch I learned something new that actually makes a difference in my progression and skill level.

I think of shooting a handgun as "simple" but "difficult". It is a journey that never ends. I don't play golf but I assume shooting a handgun well is similar to playing golf well or other sports/activities that require a lot of practice developing very subtle mind/muscle skills and coordination that if done correctly, often enough becomes natural. But it is a long and endless journey, fortunately. For example has any golfer, no matter how great, ever shot a hole in one for all 18 holes 🙂
