I really did follow 5 rules
1) pray 5 times namaz
2) read Quran before sleeping and after Fajr
3) journal making
4) exercise
5) wake up in fajr and don't sleep after praying
I'm feeling so good now it's 1 jan 2024
I will be my best version this year insallah
