The story is good but I have few questions lingering in my mind first if she was an employee since 5 years then she had enough resource to live on her own and not relay on her foster parents and second question is if she was his personal assistant since 5 years then she must have her boss 's number as she handles all of her boss's work

I like your stories no doubt but donating your heart when you are alive and healthy is a form of suicide. There's no hospital or doctors that would accept donation if a person is healthy and not critically injured.. So Im not able to digest this part that doctors are okay with her donating and Tae parents also accepted her decision when they knew she will die in this process though they try to oppose but it was not convincing which I thought.. It could be more better if you showed while coming towards hospital yn met an accident and in critical condition and her last wish is to donate her heart and instead of letters she records a small video to convey the message to Tae
