No problem in getting the rain, Weather undergound personal weather stations in your area showed you got lots of rain when needed in the last couple months.
Glad you got some rain (Whatever that is) AUSTIN (KXAN) - Austin, TX is currently experiencing the longest stretch of triple-digit heat in recorded history.
If only you guys had a proper deep ripper! That one you currently use doesn’t fracture the sub surface which retains what rain you did have in the winter. Deep ripping isn’t just about compaction. It’s removing surface water, for retaining during dry,it’s opening nutrients especially for corn and compaction. Legs set 800 wide with hydra foils or wings I believe you guys call em. You should contact that mob Ah i believe Great Plains, they do make the best deep ripper I believe. They make help with a trial and use you RUclips power Andy!! You won’t know unless you do a trial mate We did half our hectares every year, never looked back. Those rippers you currently have are heavy harrows, they only shatter the top but they aren’t doing the best job possible. Dads gonn have concerns with the tiles but I’m sure you have them marked so GPS to avoid 50hp per shank so that 620 would do 10 easily and it would get more use from it.The auto reset is the way to go,unless you enjoy changing shear bolts😂
@@aTrippyFarmer actually I’m saying this all wrong Let me correct this Andy, the faster easiest cheapest way to increase yields substantially is to sub soil as apposed to deep ripping or deep harrow
Trippy, Dewalt tools on a Milwaukee peg board? Excuse me, but we may have to give you a thumbs down for that. Hope you are enjoying living out in the country. Almost harvest time. Keep it between the rows 🚜🌽🌽
We've actually had way more sunlight this year than last, even with the few days of smoke. Is it not fair to question whether or not that the lack of sunlight is impacting yield just for conversation? I wasn't looking for reimbursement 🤣
Awesome Video and Much Love as Always, Andy!!!
Same to you!
Nice looking old tandems in the shed. For whatever reason I love old grain trucks. I wish i had more of a need for one.
They were great trucks for ages, but semis are just so much more efficient!
Just got back. Town looks good.
Thanks!
Love the farm and the information you share. But where is Katie's Denali lol
No matter the size of bin that still a lot of bin bottoms and shoveling
The smaller ones are actually the least enjoyable to clean!!!

We've gotten 1 big rain and 1 decent rain in the last 2 months. It should be enough to get us home, but it hasn't been a lush as you make it sound...
Great videos. I would like to know the dates when you are actually videoing to compare crops and weather. Keep up the good work
Yes I've forgotten that part lately!

I bet the air conditioners are ready for a break...
Howdy trippy
Hey there!!!

We do have an inline ripper that can run pretty deep. I am going to try to run it across more acres this fall after seeing its performance last fall.

I don't see color!!!
Late to the party, what did you do to your nose
Skin cancer removed last winter
As a Canadian I so apologize that your corn isn’t getting enough sun as some of cities are burning down. So sorry you poor American farmers
Appreciate your apology if Justine Trudeau would stop the arsonists would sure cure the problem. But than how can he say it's climate change

Not only do we have to watch commercials before the vid starts but we have to listen to your ad. 👎
The videos are literally free. Skip passed the ad in the video that pays for my time and equipment...it takes 2 seconds.
