Good points. Learned during my first summer job in a pretty toxic working enviroment that pointing out malpractice to an older colleague can be quite challenging and have to be handled with precaution. She even saw the results afterwards when the patient passed out. As a result I just didnt piss off bitch A but also B and C when she started spreading rumours about me for being lazy and impolite.
It was like returning to Junior high. You don’t see that in white collar working Sets. Thats why we use anonymous reporting channels so we dont have to worry about getting into a cat fight with veterans suffering from poor accountability.
