I purchased a pair of the speakers last November. Initially, the set up was fine and they were working fine until a few weeks ago. The active speaker could not be detected via Bluetooth. As they are under warranty for 12 months, I contacted product support and they were very responsive and sent me a new pair. Unfortunately, the new replacement now has a different problem where the passive speaker does not make any sound despite the active speaker now working fine with the Bluetooth. I’m about to contact them again and see what their suggestion is.
On one hand, I am bummed that you have had so many problems. I am hoping I dont run into the same. On the other hand, it sounds the company really values customer service because they provide replacements. Thank you for taking the time to share this information.
Just an update. Herdio did send identical replacement speakers but now although the original problem is corrected, the passive speaker when hardwired to the active one does not have any audio signal. I am in contact with customer support again to resolve the issue. Just thought you'd want to know. Thanks @@Poor_Mans_DIY
They sure looked they were easy to install. It looks like a good choice to put them up high and rain down your favorite tunes on you. Raindrops are falling on my head,,,,oops sorry. Got carried away there.
