Legitimately one of my favorite mixes, if not my favorite. Two of the most inspirational, hype, motivating songs combined into one. So many great things I can list about it that you changed from the original, good stuff man.

I stumbled into MHA when I homeless following the passing of my grandfather’s death after a prolonged struggle with cancer. I was still recovering from a nasty spinal injury myself and remember ballin’ after the episode where Deku finds out he is quirkless. I remember moved during the scene when “You say run” first played. It sounds absolutely ridiculous but that scene until he was accepted into UA is what inspired me to completely change my life from its very quick downward projection. I’ve lost 60 pounds since then, got a place to stay, a new car, got into my dream school, and I’m now applying for medical school just to list a few of my accomplishments in the last 4 years since I first heard this song. I say this only to say how taken aback I was when this remix took me back to feeling that feeling I first felt time ago. Thank you for this version and I wish you all the best. Peace ✌️

I can’t imagine how difficult it must have been to experience those challenges. And I’m so grateful you’ve been able to not only survive, but thrive. For what it’s worth, (and in case no one else has told you), I’m proud of you. I think that’s truly the beauty and critical message of MHA. I imagine at some point everyone has felt utterly powerless and had their dreams crushed by some sort of challenge, obstacle, limitation, or simply by chance. The real question is, when bad things happen, what are you going to do? For Midoriya, he could have simply chosen to fall into depression and no one would have faulted him for it. I certainly have found myself in that state. But imagine how different their world would have been if he gave in. He decided to do what only he could do, with what he had, even if it was simply figuring out strategies he could emulate within his abilities. And, as often is the case, right action occurred; the universe answered and provided him with tools he needed. I believe the same is true for all of us, and you are a shining example. The world is not here to make us happy, but to challenge us. And because you overcame those challenges, you can now use your gifts to help others. I can only imagine how many people you will affect after medical school. Pulled a Midoriya and added at least 1K views in the past year since I found this song. I relate in a lot of ways to the character: wasn't academically the best, was almost beat into an obituary in middle school and believed in my core being to do good. Here I am now harnessing one for all with all my interests, strengths and loved ones coupled with this magnificent piece to drive me continually to be a better person, husband, father and to be a strong and capable hero however I can be. Everyone has their own journey and suffering can often lead to enlightenment. I haven't read all the Manga, but don't think Midoriya regrets any pain he's endured. I think he is grateful. Also, the pain the pain has taught Midoriya that he matters too. It's important to serve, but you cannot destroy yourself in the process. All important lessons he would have not learned otherwise! I can’t imagine how difficult it must have been to experience those challenges. And I’m so grateful you’ve been able to not only survive, but thrive. For what it’s worth, (and in case no one else has told you), I’m proud of you.
I think that’s truly the beauty and critical message of MHA. I imagine at some point everyone has felt utterly powerless and had their dreams crushed by some sort of challenge, obstacle, limitation, or simply by chance. The real question is, when bad things happen, what are you going to do?
For Midoriya, he could have simply chosen to fall into depression and no one would have faulted him for it. I certainly have found myself in that state. But imagine how different their world would have been if he gave in. He decided to do what only he could do, with what he had, even if it was simply figuring out strategies he could emulate within his abilities. And, as often is the case, right action occurred; the universe answered and provided him with tools he needed.
I believe the same is true for all of us, and you are a shining example. The world is not here to make us happy, but to challenge us. And because you overcame those challenges, you can now use your gifts to help others. I can only imagine how many people you will affect after medical school.

Pulled a Midoriya and added at least 1K views in the past year since I found this song. I relate in a lot of ways to the character: wasn't academically the best, was almost beat into an obituary in middle school and believed in my core being to do good. It's brings me to tears that it took Midoriya his literal heart, body and soul to become the man he is in the thumbnail.
Everyone has their own journey and suffering can often lead to enlightenment.
I haven't read all the Manga, but don't think Midoriya regrets any pain he's endured. I think he is grateful. Also, the pain the pain has taught Midoriya that he matters too. It's important to serve, but you cannot destroy yourself in the process. All important lessons he would have not learned otherwise!

I have played Saxophone before but with this song I just always imagined hearing the two combine would be so awesome so I would try imagine how it would sound in my head.
