Exactly. Zweli Mkhize resigned on the basis of ethics as he was not a direct beneficiary according to the SIU report. Johnson in the UK was not criminally charged for covid regulations but resigned for the sake of ethics.
Acting Public protector is puppet of Ramaphosa, we knew that is trying to cook report in favor of Ramaphosa, so she is permanently employed as Public protector, as there are busy ousting Mkhwebane

It will be good if the analyst explain the role of shareholder and being an executive manager. This will shed some light on whether it is expected from shareholders to interfere in the running of te company and whether it is expected that shareholders do banking etc.
