I strongly think this system is not better for installation...it should be upgraded 😕😕 As only for running c code we are facing many errors this is not good

You saved me, thank you!! Typing "cmd" on the file explorer blew my mind. Maybe one interesting input: my .c code was crashing upon compilation with the message "libiconv could not be located". I found out that I had to place MinGW on PATH NECESSARILY above my path to GnuWin32, otherwise there was some conflict. After I fixed this, I could run the code :)

Fantastic Tutorial! Just don’t make my mistake. Label your helloworld file with no spaces or you will get an error. C is quite particular with naming protocols. If you must have a space use an _

This "2023 update" just installed a version of MinGW from 2013. Ten years old. Yeah, the current versions are broken (no working installers), but how about focusing on fixing and utilizing the newer versions (10.x) instead of rewinding to this prehistoric version?
the C language is 51 years old and we still use it anyways so I guess it works, but I do agree with you ngl. newer more modern versions would be phenomenal
@@zennaamuneer162 I got the same error and opened the code with vs code then I realized that I hadn't deleted the .txt. So gcc couldn't find any .c file. Try renaming your file with precision. It worked for me and got an executable file afterwards.
It's still not working In that command prompt step mine is not coming like urs it is showing that g++ is not recognised as external or internal command

FYI this is not mingw-w64 it is MinGW.
mingw-w64 is a fork that, as I understand it, at this point deprecates MinGW.
I am new to this and would love to know if theres a way to install mingw-w64. Any help would be great!

i guess at 2:04 timestamp you downloaded all packages not the basic setup
download the basic setup setup and do the process again it will work
